摘要自20世纪80年代到现在，粤港合作的重心逐步由工业向服务业转移。香港的服务业缺乏实体经济的支持，因而需要巨大的国内市场；广东处于经济经济结构转型升级阶段，加强与香港服务业的合作有利于两地经济的的优势互补，共同发展。然而由于两地的体制机制不一样，利益诉求不一致，《关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》的实施还没到位和专业人才的不足，导致两地服务业的合作出现阻碍。针对以上的问题，本文有的放矢地提出了破除体制障碍，谋求错位发展，加强人才培养、加强联合宣传推广粤港合作等措施。本文分成四部分，第一二部分，介绍重要的概念和描述背景、现状，并且阐述总结了国内学者对粤港服务领域的贡献；第三四部分，分析提出问题，然后根据问题给出可行性建议。45231

Abstract Since the 1980s, Guangdong and Hong Kong cooperation's focus gradually shifted from industry to services. Hong Kong's service industry lack of real economic support, and thus requires huge domestic market. Guangdong is in the stage of economic transformation and upgrading of economic structure, strengthening Hong Kong service industry cooperation is conducive to both the economic advantage complementary, common development. However, due to the institutional mechanisms of the two places are not the same, interest demands inconsistent, CEPA implementation not in place and lack of professionals. As the result, the hinder appear between the cooperation. In view of the above problems, in this text, the author put forward the way of removing institutional barriers, seeking the dislocation development, strengthening personal training and other measures. In addition, according to the development of the two, the author points out which field of services cooperation should focus on. This essay is pided into four parts, the first part and the second part, shows the important concept and describes the background and present situation, furthermore，they also summarizes contribution of domestic scholars to the field of service of Hong Kong and Guangdong. The third part and the fourth part raises analyzes the problems, and then gives out some feasible suggestions to solve the problems.
