从表上可以看出，2012年年收入在10万以上的2人，在5万到10万之间的也只有3人，有26人的收入集中在2万到5万之间，余下的19人的收入则不足2万，通过分析不难发现，大杨村实用人才的整体收入水平还不高，一方面受制于受教育水平，缺乏长远目光，另一方面由于政策资金的限制，他们的产业往往不能做大。即便这样，摘要加强农村实用人才队伍建设是推进农业现代化，加快推进社会主义新农村建设的重要举措，如何加快农村实用人才队伍建设就成为一个重要的研究课题。本文以连云港市大杨村为例进行探讨，在深入调研连云港市大杨村实用人才队伍现状的基础上，分析了农村实用人才队伍建设的现状，阐述其存在着基层人才流失严重、拔尖人才缺乏、人才结构不合理等问题，并根据人才队伍建设的相关原理，提出了营造良好的舆论氛围、转变农民思想、完善实用人才服务培训机制、完善实用人才评价机制等对策。

Research on the Practical Talents Construction of Lian Yungang Dayangcun
Abstract
To strengthen the construction of rural utility personnel is an important way to promote agricultural modernization and to accelerate the building of new socialist rural areas. As a result, how to speed up the construction of rural utility personnel become an important research topic. Based on the deep research of Lian Yungang Dayangcun, this paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of rural utility personnel and clarify many problems, such as rural serious brain drain, the lack of top-notch talent, unreasonable Personnel structure and so on. Besides, according to the relevant theories of the construction of utility personnel, this paper proposes some solutions to create a good atmosphere for public opinion, to transform farmers’ thoughts, to improve the service training mechanism of practical talents, and to improve the evaluation mechanisms of practical talents.
