摘要：伴随着电商大环境的迅速发展，快递行业与仓储行业的发展也是愈发迅猛，国内的快递行业在经历了快速扩张到成本控制的阶段之后，如何高效的运营，使其在居高不下的仓储成本情况下，高效的仓储与配送货品成为很多电商第三方亟待考虑与选择的问题。国内近些年逐步在上海等地出现了类似于上海发网供应链有限公司这一类的电商仓储第三方，专门为电商的货物提供仓储管理与配送管理。类似于这一类的电商仓储第三方公司由于其是近些年伴随着电商发展而逐步兴起的新兴行业，在仓库仓储作业的管理上以及配送管理上存在着许多的问题，比如仓库选址布局，人员排班培训，总平面布置以及配送线路等等问题。高效的仓配管理能够增加货物周转量、改善物流品质、降低物流成本、提高物流服务水平，能够在仓储、配送方面提高物流企业在市场的核心竞争力。本文是本人在仓配一体化物流中心仓库实习中所发现的一些问题研究整理探讨，对仓库的仓储与配送方面优化配置进行研究。42745
