摘要:本文以浙江省为例,在分析水资源和城市发展状况的基础上,对比浙江省水资源的供给量和需求量,预测未来水资源供需势态。研究认为:浙江省的水资源相对丰富,但城市人口规模庞大,人均可利用的水资源量很少;浙江省对水资源的开发利用和水利工程的建设将不断完善,水资源的利用率不断提高;浙江省未来对水资源的需求还将持续增加,水资源的分布不均衡和水污染现象的存在,使得浙江省水资源仍处于紧缺状态,水资源供需不平衡;浙江省现有水资源量将限制未来浙江省城市可持续的发展,通过控制城市规模、调整产业结构等措施缓解水资源供需矛盾,实现城市可持续发展。40753

Based on the analysis of the supply and demand of water resources of Zhejiang province urban sustainable development research
Abstract: This paper took Zhejiang province as an example, predicted the future situation of supply and demand of water resources based on the analysis of the situation of water resources and city development in Zhejiang province and the comparison between water resources supply and demand. This paper suggested that Zhejiang has relatively abundant water resources, but due to the large population, the available per capita amount of water available is less; the development and utilization of water resources and the construction of water conservancy projects in Zhejiang province will continue to improve, and increase the utilization rate of water resources. the demand for water resources in Zhejiang province in the future will also continue to increase, the phenomenon of uneven distribution of water resources and water pollution lead to the problem of water resources shortage in Zhejiang province, and the problem of imbalance between the supply and demand of water resources; the Existing water resources in Zhejiang province will limit the future sustainable development of this city, in order to realize the sustainable development of the city, the Zhejiang province must control the city scale and adjust the industrial structure to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources.

1前言
在城市形成和发展中,水资源具有不可替代的重要作用。水资源属于有限的自然资源,很大程度上制约着城市的人口规模和社会经济发展状况。水资源已成为世界关注的问题,在我国,这个问题就更为突出。据水利部数据统计,我国669座城市中供水不足的有400座,严重缺水的有110座[1]。如今,我国城市人口急剧增加,城市工业、农业、生活需水量也随之增长,工业废水和生活污水排放量更是与日俱增。同时,人类规划城市发展规模时,对水资源给予少有的重视,没有很好的结合水资源这一重要因素,大大限制了城市的可持续发展。 基于水资源供需分析的浙江省城市可持续发展研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_39176.html
