摘要：网络偏差行为是一种新的由网络引发的社会问题，因其发生频率较高、消极影响显著、覆盖面较广，近年来引起了许多研究者的重视。积极开展针对大学生网络偏差行为问题的个案社会工作方法研究，可以让社会各界更加清楚地认识网络时代背景下大学生网络行为的现状和发展机制，使网络偏差行为以及对它的预防和干预成为个案社会工作关注和研究的对象。
本研究旨在通过对大学生网络偏差行为特点的调查和探究，了解大学生网络偏差行为产生的原因，并使用个案社会工作理论加以分析，尝试找到适用于大学生网络偏差行为的个案社会工作介入方法。论文最后部分对如何使用个案社会工作方法防范和干预大学生网络偏差行为提出对策和建议。35439

Case social work methods on college students' network deviant behavior intervention study
Abstract：Internet deviant behavior is a new social problem caused of network, and attracts the researchers’attention because of its high frequency of occurrence and Wide coverage as well as many of the negative impact in recent years. Actively carry out studies of college students’internet deviant behavior with case social work methods, can let the social from all walks of life more clearly understand the current status and the development mechanism of College Students' network behavior under the background of network times, the Internet deviant behavior and the prevention and intervention of it become the object of attention of social work and case study.
This study aims to through survey of College Students' network deviant behavior characteristics and exploration, to understand the causes of College Students Internet deviant behavior. Trying to use the case study of social work theory to analyze the Internet deviant behavior. Try to find applications in college students' Internet deviance case with social work intervention method. The last part of the paper is trying to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to use case social work method to prevent and interfere with the network deviation behavior of college students.

一、绪论
（一） 研究背景
随着英特网的普及，我国网民的规模正在不断地扩大。根据中国互联网络信息中心（CNNIC）2015年2月3日发布的第35 次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》显示，截至2014年12月，我国网民规模达6.49亿，互联网普及率为47.9%。另外，统计报告还显示：截至2014年12月，网民中学生群体的占比最高，为23.8%，而大学生是学生群体中网络使用率最高的。网络帮助大学生提高了他们的学习效率，使他们的课余生活更加丰富，给广大的大学生群体提供了许多便利。但不可忽视的一点是，网络也引发了许多消极影响，其中的一个比较新的网络社会问题就是网络偏差行为。“这是一种在以计算机为媒介的人与人之间的交流过程（CMC）中，不符合某一团体期望和规范的行为，可以看作是网络上发生的偏差行为。” 个案社会工作方法对大学生网络偏差行为的介入研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_33387.html
