摘要：本课题探究老龄人口特别是高龄老年人口的增多，使得老年照料与服务日渐成为老年人个体、家庭和社会高度关注的问题的背景下，论文以实地研究与访谈法相结合的模式，来探讨社区日间照料服务的开展状况及其运作机制。本文认为现在日间照料的水平还比较低，没有办法达到西方发达国家的水平，因此社区老年人在日间照料上的需求，在理想与现实之间还有一定的距离；社区老年日间照料在基层社区所占的比例只是很小的一部分，资金投入、场地设施上都还存在着严重的滞后情况；社区老年人日间照料服务的产业化、专业化、社会化程度还很低。33242
