摘要:本文介绍了贵阳轻轨2号线贵富区间右线隧道结构设计。本设计领域为贵阳市轨道交通2号线二期工程贵钢站~富源北路站区间暗挖隧道,右隧设计起讫里程:YCK37+949.301~YCK38+870.350,长921.049m,全隧采用暗挖法施工。该区间内隧道全长921.049m,隧道为双洞单线结构,线间距为10~15m,隧道拱顶埋深13~90m;于隧道YCK38+100附近设置施工竖井、隧道中部联络通道。本设计按照暗挖法的要求施工。本设计主要内容包括:隧道的平纵断面线型设计、隧道净空断面设计,隧道衬砌结构设计以及施工组织等。在进行了二次衬砌的结构计算时,可借助结构力学求解器。69812

本设计获得以下结论:

1.采用复合式衬砌,初期支护喷射26cm厚C25混凝土,二次衬砌采用40cm厚C35钢筋混凝土,初期支护与二次衬砌之间设附加防水层。

2.使用结构力学求解器求解时,得到最大弯矩组合设计值:M_d=140KN∙m,及相对应的轴向力组合设计值:N_d=95.92KN

3.配筋时,选每侧钢筋为22,布置两排钢筋。计算结果判定为大偏心受压构件,而其最大裂缝宽度为0.19mm。

4.全随采用暗挖法进行开挖,并进行科学施工管理。经过验算,该隧道方案设计合理,衬砌结构配筋验算均满足要求。

Abstract: This paper introduces the design of the right-wing tunnel in Guiyang Light Rail Line 2. The design range is Guiyang City Rail Transit Line 2 Phase II Project Guichang Station ~ Fuyuan North Road Station area tunneling, the right tunnel design starting mileage: YCK37 +949.301 ~ YCK38 +870.350, long 921.049m, the tunnel using dark digging Construction of law. The length of the tunnel is 921.049m, the tunnel is a double-hole single-line structure, the line spacing is 10 ~ 15m, the tunnel arch depth is 13 ~ 90m; in the tunnel YCK38 + 100 near the construction shaft, tunnel middle channel. The design in accordance with the requirements of the construction method. The main contents of this design include: tunnel vertical profile design, tunnel clearance design, tunnel lining structure design and construction organization. And the structural mechanics solver software was used to calculate the structure of the secondary lining.

The design gets the following conclusions:

1. The use of composite lining, the initial support jet 26cm thick C25 concrete, secondary lining with 40cm thick C35 reinforced concrete, the initial support and secondary lining between the additional waterproof layer.

2. Using the structural mechanics solver to obtain the maximum bending moment design value: M_d = 140KN ∙ m, and the corresponding axial force combination design: N_d = 95.92KN

3. Reinforcement, the election of each side of the bar is 22, arranged two rows of steel. The calculation result was judged to be a large eccentric compression member, and the maximum crack width was 0.19 mm.

4. Using excavation method for excavation, scientific construction management. After checking, the tunnel program design is reasonable, lining structural reinforcement check to meet the requirements.
