摘要该毕业设计目标建筑位于宁波市，是一类公共建筑，该酒店由中、西餐厅、桑拿房、客房、报告厅和棋牌室等部分组成，该建筑地下二层，地上十层，总建筑高度43.35米，地下层建筑面积15587.2平方米。主体为钢筋混凝土框架结构，外加标准页岩砖、加气砖和轻质材料墙。本次设计包括该建筑的空调，通风及必要的防排烟。建筑选择了空气-水系统，全空气系统，独立完成了全栋楼空调通风工程设计，空调冷热源工程设计。此设计做了这些房间所有暖通空调水系统、新风系统、排风系统的设计，包括负荷计算、系统选择、设备选型、系统整体设计、设计检查及调整、暖通空调设计图纸的绘制等。 最终，设计得到建筑暖通空调设计图纸15张，设计说明书一份。21459
