摘 要：我国正处于社会转型的关键时期，各种社会运行机制、利益关系和价值观念等都发生了巨大变化。在这种背景下文章以周口师范学院为例通过阐释社会转型时期大学生的社会公德教育、职业道德教育等公民道德教育内容；分析大学生公民道德教育现状主流是积极向上的，但是也出现了集体主义淡薄、功利主义等道德缺失的现状；并从学校、大学生自身等方面找出大学生公民道德教育现状形成原因；通过加强大学生自身道德修养、发挥学校育人功能和利用家庭在大学生公民道德教育中的重要作用等几方面来加强大学生公民道德教育，形成有利于大学生健康成长的道德教育氛围。20968
