摘要;基于风电主轴材料的等温正火工艺,介绍了风电主轴材料42CrMo经过等温正火工艺后材料的硬度与金相组织的变化。从中了解等温正火的各个工艺流程,等温正火对42CrMo钢性能的影响。利用在不同的等温保持时间和不同的等温温度的等温正火工艺对尺寸为Φ40 ×100mm的42CrMo钢材料进行热处理,分析其材料硬度分布和金相组织的差别。研究等温正火工艺中等温温度与保温时间对材料性能的影响。得到以下结论,材料的硬度分布在保温时间为1.5h和等温温度为660℃保温时间为3小时的等温正火工艺中是均匀分布的,从金相组织上看,等温正火后的显微组织为珠光体与铁素体。等温保温时间短,导致材料硬度值偏低,金相组织中有块状珠光体。等温保温时间过长,也会导致材料的硬度值偏低。在保温时间为3h等温温度为660℃的等温正火工艺最适合课题研究的要求。68274

Abstract

Based on wind power spindle isothermal normalizing process materials,Introduces the wind power main shaft material is 42CrMo after isothermal normalizing process material hardness and metallographic organization change. Learn about each isothermal normalizing process, isothermal normalizing effect on the properties of 42 crmo steel. Use at different isothermal holding time and the isothermal temperature, isothermal normalizing process of 40 x 100 mm size for Φ 42 crmo steel material heat treatment, analysis the difference between the material hardness distribution and microstructure. Isothermal normalizing process in the isothermal temperature and holding time on the properties of materials. Get the following conclusion, hardness distribution of the material in the holding time of 1.5 h and isothermal temperature is 660 ℃ heat preservation time is 3 hours, the isothermal normalizing process is evenly distributed, look from metallographic organization, after isothermal normalizing, the microstructure of pearlite and ferrite. Isothermal holding time is shorter, resulting in material hardness value is low, there are massive pearlite microstructure. Isothermal holding time is too long, can lead to material hardness value is low. At the time of heat preservation for 3 h isothermal temperature is 660 ℃ isothermal normalizing process is most suited to project requirements.
