本文用固相法制备Li7.2-2xLa2.98Ba0.02Zr2-xWxAl0.2O12固体电解质,分别研究了W的掺杂量,烧结时间,保温时间对产物的电导率、相对致密度、收缩率、晶体结构、微观结构的影响

摘要:本文用固相法制备Li7.2-2xLa2.98Ba0.02Zr2-xWxAl0.2O12固体电解质,分别研究了W的掺杂量,烧结时间,保温时间对产物的电导率、相对致密度、收缩率、晶体结构、微观结构的影响。结果表明:(1)W的掺杂量x=0.35时,产物的电导率为6.35×10-4S×cm-1,相对致密度和收缩率分别是96.32%和17.11%,且为立方相石榴石结构,断截面基本不存在晶粒和晶界,气孔极少。(2)烧结温度为1160℃时,产物电导率为6.35×10-1S×cm-1,相对致密度和收缩率分别是96.32%和17.10%, 且为立方相石榴石结构,断截面不存在晶粒和晶界,气孔极少(3)保温时间为10h时,产物电导率存为6.35×10-4S×cm-1,相对致密度和收缩率分别是96.32%和17.10%,且为立方相石榴石结构,断截面基本不存在晶粒和晶界,气孔极少。电感耦合等离子光谱法测定结果表明,制备产物的分子式为:Li6.32La2.98Ba0.02Zr1.65W0.35Al0.2O12。制备Li7.2-2xLa2.98Ba0.02Zr2-xWxAl0.2O12 的较佳反应条件为W的掺杂量x=0.35,烧结温度1160℃,保温时间10h。61825

 Preparation technology research of Li7.2-2xLa2.98Ba0.02Zr2-xWxAl0.2O12

Abstract:In this paper, using solid phase prepared Li7.2-2xLa2.98Ba0.02Zr2-xWxAl0.2O12 solid electrolyte, respectively studied the doping amount of  W, sintering time and holding time on the product of conductivity and relative density, shrinkage rate, crystal structure, the influence of the microstructure. Results show that: (1) the amount of doped W x = 0.35, a product of the electrical conductivity of 6.35×10-4S×cm-1, relative density and shrinkage rate were 96.32% and 17.11%, respectively, and the cubic phase structure of garnet, broken section basic does not exist grain and grain boundary, porosity is few. (2) the sintering temperature is 1160 ℃, the SCM product conductivity of 6.35×10-4S×cm-1, relative density and shrinkage rate were 96.32% and 17.10%, respectively, and the cubic phase structure of garnet, broken section there is no grain and grain boundary, stomatal rarely (3) the time of heat preservation for 10 h, to save product conductivity in 6.35×10-4S×cm-1, relative density and shrinkage rate were 96.32% and 17.10%, respectively, and the cubic phase structure of garnet, broken section basic does not exist grain and grain boundary, porosity is few. Inductively coupled plasma spectrometry results show that the preparation of product as follows: Preparation Li7.2-2xLa2.98Ba0.02Zr2-xWxAl0.2O12 better reaction conditions for doping amount x = 0.35, sintering temperature of 1160 ℃, holding time, 10 h.
