变形路径对异步轧制IF钢组织及性能影响的研究

摘要:异步轧制是一种上下轧辊转速不同的轧制方法。由于在异步轧制过程中产生附加的剪切变形,有利于晶粒的细化及组织性能的提高。因此,近年来异步轧制得到了较大关注。本实验利用二辊异步实验轧机分别按4种不同变形路径(RD、TD、ND、UD)进行了异步轧制试验,并对轧后试样进行了力学性能的测试和金相组织的观察,研究了轧制路径对IF钢组织及性能的变化规律。同时,应用MSC.Superform建立多道次异步轧制模型,进行有限元模拟,研究其变形规律。从而综合分析轧制路径对异步轧制IF钢组织及性能的影响。经研究发现,变形路径对异步轧制IF钢抗拉强度有较大影响,通过TD路径轧制的IF钢试样可以明显提高抗拉强度,并且改变轧制路径(ND、RD、TD)使试样显微硬度值相对正常轧制路径(UD)有所降低,但是四种不同轧制路径对试样等效应变的影响较小。58160

Influence of deformation path on microstructure and properties of IF steel during asymmetric rolling

Abstract: Asymmetric rolling is a kind of rolling method with different rotating speed. The addition of shear deformation in the process of asymmetric rolling is beneficial to the refinement of grain size and the improvement of microstructure and properties. Therefore, in recent years, asymmetric rolling has received great attention. The use and asymmetric experimental mill respectively according to the four different deformation path (RD, TD, ND and UD) of asymmetric rolling test, and mechanical property test and microstructure observation of specimens after rolling, rolling path on Microstructure and properties of IF steel change rule was studied. At the same time, the multi pass Asymmetric rolling model was established using MSC.Superform, and the finite element simulation was carried out to study the deformation law. Effect of rolling path on Microstructure and properties of IF steel in asynchronous rolling. The study found that deformation path has a great impact on the tensile strength of the Asymmetric rolling of IF steel, by TD path rolled IF steel specimens can obviously increase the tensile strength, and change the rolling path (nd, RD and TD) so that the micro hardness of sample value relatively normal rolling path (UD) decrease, but four different rolling path equivalent strain of the specimen in less affected.
