摘要冷轧带钢具有表面质量高、性能好和用途广等特点。特别是随着汽车产业和消费电子行业的迅速发展,人们对汽车及家电外壳的质量和性能要求也越来越高,因此冷轧带钢的发展是必要的。设计阐述了冷轧带钢的生产工艺特点、应用、发展状况并简要介绍冷轧薄板带钢的生产工艺流程,进而设计出冷轧产品、特深冲产品、热镀锌产品、电镀锌产品和涂层产品。在本设计中,本人研究了先进的技术和设备,并讨论了在国内外的技术和配套设备与轧机,尤其是参考的参数和数据都是以宝钢冷轧薄板厂生产线为基准的,这样可以达到这样的设计车间工艺合理,设备先进的目的。本次设计典型产品为ST14,设计的题目是年产120万吨的冷轧带钢车间。冷轧车间有很多,比如宝钢的2030冷轧车间以及1580车间等等。生产流程初步确定为与宝钢2030冷轧车间相似。本次设计的流程是:热轧板卷料 连续酸洗机组 五机架四辊冷连轧机 连续退火机组 单机架四辊平整机组 横剪 纵剪 检查,重卷 成品。主要设备有连续酸洗生产线,五机架冷连轧机,单机架四辊平整机组,横切,纵切等机组。本次设计的特点是:带钢成品厚度为0.35mm,产品为深冲钢板,成品交货状态为软态,在轧制结束后需要对其进行热处理,已达到所求效果。针对典型产品ST14,按照车间设计的步骤,主要完成了产品大纲的制定、主辅设备的选择、金属平衡表的计算、压下制度分配、轧制规程的计算、轧制图表的计算、轧制力的计算、轧辊强度的校核、电机能力校核和车间平面布置等。最后,对设计的车间的劳动定员、环保技术、经济技术等进行了初步设计。设计力求设计生产汽车板冷轧薄板厂,因此该设备使用的相关信息,通过参照比较后选择了最好的设备,以保证产品质量和生产的顺利进行,以实现高品质,高产,低耗,环保的目标。设计的最后附车间设计平面CAD图。34408

Abstract
Cold-rolled strip has many characteristics,such as high surface quality,better performance,more varieties and so on. In particular,as the development of automobile industry and home appliances industry,it has been demanded higher quality and performance in the shell of cars and home appliances. Therefore,it is very necessary to develop the cold-rolled strip. The design described processing features, application, development of the cold-rolled strip steel, and briefly introduced production technology, designed cold-rolled products, super deep punched products, hot galvanized products, electrogalvanized products, and coated products. Refer to the design of domestic and foreign advanced technology of the rolling mill,rolling mill equipment,technology and some discussion of auxiliary equipment,especially reference to the Baosteel and Steel cold-rolled sheet production line parameters,making the design process to achieve a reasonable workshop,advanced equipment. Its typical product is ST14,the purpose is to design an annual output of 1.2 million tons of cold rolled strip steel plant. There are a lot of cold rolling plant,for example,baosteel 2030 cold rolling workshop and baosteel 1580 cold rolling workshop,ect. Preliminary determine the production process is similar to baosteel 2030 cold rolling workshop.The design of the process is: Hot-rolled coil pickle line processor five-stand tandem cold roller continuous annealing line single stand four roller leveling unit cross shear longitudinal shear check and rewinding end product. Its main equipments include shallow-tank picking train,5-stand- fully-continuous cold rolling train,single stand 4-high skin-pass train,6-zone pull-through type continuous annealing line,cross-cutting,ect. The design features are: the thickness of the strip is 0.35mm,the product is deeo red sheet ,delivery is soft. After the rolling ,the heat treament is carried out and the effect is reached.  Accoring to typical product ST14,steps in accordance with the workshop design,I mainly complete the product outline of the development,main and auxiliary equipment options,calculation of metal sheets,press distribution,the calculation of order rolling,rolling chart, the calculation of rolling force and roll strength,motor ability checking and workshop layout,ect. This article tries to design the Cold Mill Plant capable of producing motor vehicle sheet. Meanwhile,the equipment compared with reference to relevant information and then choose the best equipment to ensure production quality and production proceed smoothly,thus achieving the target of excellent quality,high productivity,low cost and environment protection.
