摘要针对铜-铝异种材料搅拌摩擦焊存在的难点,通过分析铜与铝两种材料的物理特性、力学特性以及焊接性,了解焊接过程中可能存在的气孔、裂纹等问题,首先研究同种材料的搅拌摩擦焊,进而研究分析铜-铝异种材料的搅拌摩擦焊。本文从铝合金出发,对3003铝合金以及6061铝合金进行了搅拌摩擦焊接试验,在不同工艺参数下,对焊缝进行了研究分析,从而对搅拌摩擦焊有更深的了解。继而,焊接铜铝异种材料,调整旋转速度、焊接速度,运用搅拌头偏置技术,在实验组中找到形成良好焊缝的工艺参数。通过焊后对焊缝试样金相组织的观察、电镜扫描,分析焊缝组织、成分。发现在铜铝接头间生成了金属间化合物,并且验证了在某一系列参数下能够得到成型较好的焊缝。33533

Title    The Research on Dissimilar Friction Stir    Welding between Copper and Aluminum Alloys                                                
Abstract
To solve the problems of friction stir welding for copper - aluminum dissimilar materials, through analyzing the physical properties, mechanical properties and performances of the two materials, and understand the potential blowholes, cracks and other problems during welding process. The research of FSW for copper - aluminum dissimilar materials are on the basis of the FSW for same material. The first is the study of friction stir welding of aluminum alloy. Then research the friction stir welding of copper and aluminum dissimilar materials. In this paper, starting from the aluminum alloy, 3003 aluminum alloy and 6061 aluminum alloy by friction stir welding under different process parameters of welding, the weld studied, in order to have a deep understanding of friction stir welding. Then, the welding of dissimilar materials of copper and aluminum, adjusting rotation speed, welding speed, with pin-offsetting, welding process parameters to form a good find. Analysis of weld microstructure, composition, through observation, scanning electron microscope. Found form intermetallic compounds between the copper aluminum joint, and verified in a series of parameters to get better weld.
