摘要网眼碳化硅陶瓷具有气孔率高、热稳定性好等优良性能,被广泛用作金属溶液过滤器、催化剂载体等诸多领域,本研究采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备碳化硅网眼多孔陶瓷。首先进行了浆料配制研究,得到了一个较优的加料顺序,然后研究了浆料的固含量对浆料的粘度、Zeta电位、pH值的影响,研究结果显示,浆料的粘度随固体含量的增加而增加,粘度在5.0Pas~8.0Pas之间为宜;当pH值在10左右时,Zeta电位的负绝对值达到最大,此时浆料最稳定。最后,在不同烧结温度下制备了碳化硅网眼多孔陶瓷并研究了温度对其性能的影响,结果表明,在1350℃烧结温度内,随烧结温度增加,气孔率降低,而陶瓷的力学性能和抗热震性能则显著提高。5104

Abstract
Silicon carbide reticulated porous ceramics are widely used as filters of metal solution, catalyst support, and so on owing to their good performance such as high porosity, excellent thermal stability. Silicon carbide reticulated porous ceramic was prepared by the impregnating method of organic foams. First, the mixing method of slurry was studied and a better charging sequence was obtained. Then the effects of viscosity, Zeta potential, and pH on solids content of silicon carbide reticulated porous ceramics were investigated. The results show that, viscosity increased with the increasing of solid content. The advisable viscosity was 5.0 Pas ~ 8.0 Pas.. When the pH value was around 10, which resulted in a maximum negative absolute value of Zeta potential, slurry is stable. At last, silicon carbide reticulated porous ceramics were prepared at different sintering temperatures and the effect of sintering temperature on the performance of the samples is studied. The results show  that, under 1350 ℃ the higher the sintering temperature, the lower the porosity of ceramic, the better is the ceramic mechanical properties and the thermal shock resistance.
