摘要液位控制是工业生产中常见的被控对象,是非线性惯性系统,在过程生产中 有着重要的应用。在当今社会工业生产中,液位也是一项重要指标,因为无论在 日常生活中还是现代化工业生产中,许多设备或一些装置,都能简化成一种基本 的液位控制,液位实验装置能有效的模拟生产现场,简化过程控制,可以灵活的 进行过程组态,实施不同的控制方案。随着科学技术的快速发展,采用传统 PID 控制液位已经渐渐无法满足社会生产的需要,而随着控制科学的发展,人工智能 技术越来越成熟,广泛用于现代生产控制中。而人工智能和传统 PID 的结合,将 两者优点相结合,控制效果更优,主要有模糊 PID,神经元 PID 和专家 PID 控制。69248

本文以双容水箱的液位为控制研究对象,从总体上对双容水箱的硬件结构、 系统建模,专家 PID 控制算法,以及动态仿真给出了详细的研究。对实际对象进 行了数学建模,以及模型的参数进行确定,本文用的是阶跃响应法。此外,本文 重点将 PID 控制算法和智能控制的专家系统结合,设计了专家 PID 控制器,最后 在用仿真技术检验其可行性和准确性,本文选用的是 MATLAB 软件进行仿真。

Level Control System Expert PID Control and Simulation

Abstract

Level control is common in industrial production controlled object is a nonlinear inertial system that has important applications in the process of production. In today's society of industrial production, the level is also an important indicator, because both in everyday life and in modern industrial production, the number of devices or some means can be reduced to a basic level control, level experimental device can effectively analog production site, simplifying the process control, the process can be flexibly configured to implement different control schemes. With the rapid development of science and technology, using the traditional PID control level has been gradually unable to meet the needs of social production, and the development of control science, artificial intelligence technology becomes more mature and widely used in modern production control. The combination of artificial intelligence and traditional PID will combine the advantages of both, better control effect, mainly fuzzy PID, neural PID, and expert PID control.

In this paper, double - tank liquid level control study, overall hardware structure of the double - tank, system modeling, expert PID control algorithm, and gives a detailed dynamic simulation study. The actual object of mathematical modeling, and model parameters determined, here is the step response method. In  addition, this article will focus on the PID control algorithm and intelligent control expert system, expert PID controller design, and finally test the feasibility and accuracy of using simulation technology, here we use the MATLAB software simulation.
