摘要随着现代生活的发展进步,动态称重在生活中的应用也越来越多,汽车动载测试仪可以在汽车行驶运动过程中测出汽车的载重量。对于动态载重而言,汽车行驶速度与动态测量的稳态精度是重要内容。69244

本设计是基于MSP430单片机的汽车动载测试仪,硬件包括光电测速电路、压力称重电路、RC滤波、AD放大电路、AD转换电路、MSP430F425最小系统、LCD显示电路和RS232通信电路。软件包括初始化、数据采集、滤波、数据通信。

在汽车速度不超过20Km/h的情况下通过该测试仪可以测得轴重25T以下车辆的动态称重质量,且精度为4%左右,传感器精度为0.1%,且测量误差不超过25Kg。通过测速传感器电路测得速度不超过20Km/h的情况下,通过称重传感器测得电压的变化经过滤波和AD转换,再均值处理输出重量,并由液晶显示。

该设计有图24幅,表2个,参考文献24篇。

Design of vehicle dynamic load tester based on single chip microcomputer

Abstract

With the development of modern life, the dynamic weighing more and more application in life, the vehicle dynamic load tester can measured the movement of the vehicle load. For the dynamic load , vehicle speed and dynamic measurement of steady-state accuracy is an important content.

The design is based on MSP430 MCU vehicle dynamic load testing instrument. The hardware includes photoelectric tachometer circuit, the pressure weighing circuit, RC filter, ad amplifying circuit, AD conversion circuit msp430f425 minimum system, LCD display circuit and RS232 communication circuit. Software consists of initialization, data acquisition, filter. Data communication.

Through the test instrument can be measured 25t axle load following vehicle dynamic weighing measurement if the speed of car not more than 20km / h ,  the accuracy of the around 4%, sensor accuracy is 0.1% and measurement error does not exceed 25Kg. Through speed sensor circuit measured the speed not more than 20km by weighing sensor to measure the voltage changes after filtering and AD conversion and average weight of output processing by the liquid crystal display.
