摘要随着人们生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的人开始注重自己的身体健康,然而健身的方法有许多种,步行锻炼是最好的锻炼方法之一。计步器作为在现代社会中日常锻炼的一种检测仪,不但能保持身体健康,还能增强身体免疫力,激发人们挑战自己的运动潜力。68852

基于单片机的计步器可以通过具体的数据来分析人们的运动情况,并且制定更加健康的运动方案。人们在跑步或走路的时候,可以根据加速度的变化来判断步伐。与传统的机械式传感器不同,ADXL345是电容式三轴传感器,内部集成了A/D转换器可以直接将采集来的模拟信号转换为数字信息,将收集的加速度信息再运用合理的算法就可以计算出人行走的步数,并且其系统设计和结构比较简单,所以具有非常乐观的应用前景。

Design and Realization of Pedometer Based on Microcontrollers

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of people's living standard, more and more people begin to pay attention to their health. There are many ways to keep fit. Walking is one of the best exercise. The pedometer is a kind of detector of daily exercise in the modern society. It can not only keep healthy, but also enhance the body immunity. The pedometer can also motivate people to challenge their sports potential.

Pedometer based on microcontrollers can analysis the movement of people through specific data , and develop more healthy exercise program. When people is walking or running, the change of the acceleration can judge steps. Differ from the traditional mechanical sensor, ADXL345 is three-axis sensor. A/D converter can turn analog signals into digital information directly. The reasonable algorithm can calculate the steps of people’s walking. The design and structure of this system is relatively simple,so it has very broad application prospect.
