摘要智能变功率开水器的硬件电路和控制程序设计,其实质是基于ARM的开水器的设计和描述。本文首先介绍了ARM的背景及实际意义,ARM-嵌入式技术的基本概念,ARM的发展历史和趋势,以及证明其强大功能可用以设计该产品,并使得该产品产生性的变化。根据需求分析和技术分析,提出一种基于嵌入式技术的热水器控制器的设计方案。基于对该系统的设计流程,本文将其分为两个部分,即设计原理图,PCB印刷电路板的设计。文中将介绍该控制器系统原理图硬件整体设计的结构和原理、八个分模块的设计原理及设计图、PCB印刷电路板的详细制作过程及最终设计图,完整地介绍了该控制器系统在硬件上所需的所有内容。66795

Abstract

Intelligent variable power boilers hardware circuit and control program 

essence is based on the ARM design. This paper first describes the background and ARM boilers practical significance, ARM-embedded technology, the basic concepts, ARM's development history and trends, and to demonstrate its powerful features can be used to design the product and makes the product produced revolutionary change. According to requirements analysis and technical analysis, is proposed based on embedded technology water heater controller design. Based on the system design process, this article will be pided into two parts, namely, design principles and design, PCB design printed circuit design. It describes the hardware of the controller system schematic overall design of the structure and principles, eight sub-module design principles and design, PCB printed circuit board production process and final detailed design, system software design processes and the structure of control strategies , a complete description of the controller hardware and software systems in all of the required content, and ultimately the control system design.
