摘要随着技术的进步,激光的应用不断丰富,激光产品的发展有了长足的进步。发展至今,高功率脉冲激光二级管因为其良好的特性得到了广泛的应用,已经被应用于激光测距、激光雷达、激光制导等各种产品上。在这种情形下,对于高功率激光二极管的出光参数的测量显得很重要。64385

   本文就以splll90-3这种激光二极管为例子,对其进行出光参数的测量,研究了温度对于波长以及输出功率的影响。而且本文还着重关注了在二极管点燃的过程中,输出光谱和平均功率随时间的变化规律,这点是之前的文献中所缺乏的。实验中把所得的数据用图表的形式表达出来,直观看到波长随温度升高而变长以及平均功率随着温度的升高降低的变化过程。同时用图表和折线之间的对比表明脉冲激光二极管在点燃到稳定过程中出光波长以及平均功率的变化规律。除了实验的数据,也着重关注了测量过程中出现的问题,为以后的使用和测量工作积累经验。

Title    Measurement of The Features of High Power Laser Diode 

Abstract With advances in technology, laser applications enrich the laser product development has made substantial progress. Development so far, because of high-power pulsed laser diodes its good features have been widely used. It has been applied to laser rangefinder, laser radar, laser-guided and other products. In this case, for high power laser diode light parameter measurement is very important.

This article takes ,splll90-3,laser diode as an example, focusing on its light parameter measurements of temperature and output power of the wavelength effect. And this paper also focuses attention on the diode lit process, the output spectrum and average power variation with time, before this point is lacking in the literature. Experimental data obtained in the form of a graph of expression, visually see the wavelength becomes longer with increasing temperature, and the average power as the temperature rises by the change process. Simultaneously the charts and line indicates the contrast between pulsed laser diode to a stable ignition process in the light wavelength and the variation of the average power. In addition to the experimental data, but also focus on the problems in the measurement process for future use and survey work to accumulate experience.
