摘要无刷直流电动机是近年来随着电子技术的迅速发展而发展起来的一种新型电动机,是以法拉第的电磁感应定律为基础,又以新兴的电子技术、数字技术和各种物理原理为后盾,具有很强的生命力。同时,它克服了传统电机的一些弊端,渐渐成为现代工业设备、现代科学技术和军事装备中重要的机电元件之一。
本文以无刷直流电机控制器硬件部分的设计为中心,介绍了无刷直流电机的国内外研究现状、研究意义、基本结构、系统构成。围绕着无刷直流电机控制系统几个关键技术——驱动电路、启动和控制方法,对无刷直流电机控制器进行全面的分析。控制器采用霍尔信号进行位置检测,选用IR公司的IR2103芯片作为驱动芯片,通过全桥驱动和两两导通的方式,对6个MOSFET功率开关进行控制,以达到对电机的启停、速度控制。
本文描述了硬件电路的各部分原理和功能,阐述了调试过程以及实验结果。通过最终的测试,控制器实现了对无刷直流电机的启动、调速、制动、停车控制,并有过压、限流保护功能。测试表明,圆满的完成了无刷直流控制器的设计。8624

Title The Design of DC Motor Control System Based on DSC Abstract
Brushless direct current motor is one kind of new electric motor in recent years which is developed along with the rapid development of electronic technology, was taking the Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction as the foundation, and the emerging electronic technology, the digital technique and of sorts physical principles as the backing, so it has strong vitality. At the same time, it has overcame some disadvantages of traditional electrical machinery, became one of important electromechanical components in the industrial equipment、the modern science technology and the military equipment gradually.
This article takes brushless DC motor controller hardware part as a center, domestic and foreign research present situation, its significance , the basic structure and system  constitution are introduced. Around the brushless DC motor control systems of several key technologies -- driver circuit, start-up and control method, the brushless direct current motor controller is comprehensively analyzed. In order to control the motor's start-stop and speed, controller uses Hall position detection signal, selectes IR's IR2103 chip as the driver chip, controls 6 MOSFET power switches through the entire bridge actuation and 22 turn-on 's way.
This paper describes the hardware circuit principle and function of each parts, also the debugging and the experiment results. Through the final test, the controller realized to has brushless direct current motor 's start, the velocity modulation, the brake, the parking control, and has had the protection functions of pressure and the current limiting. The testing indicated that the brushless DC motor controller was completed
