摘要:中央空调温度控制系统采用组态王软件实现温度监控功能。本设计采用西门子S7-200系列PLC进行控制系统的设计。组态王作为上位机界面,可实时显示监控空调温度控制系统;并通过PLC的操作,实现对被监测空气温度控制系统的控制和信息显示。PLC通过PC命令的理解和实现空调系统的主控制器,中央空调温度控制系统运行状态的变化和反馈组态。主要任务和目标是对中央空调中央空调系统的新风、风、排温、湿度等参数进行监测,并设置了室内温度和湿度进行比较,从而设定合适的控制算法,调节冷热水阀门和鼓风机门开开关。要改变热冷空气流量,新风量,最后要到室内温度、湿度和预设值要符合空气温度调节。对于中央空调监控系统的设计部分,包括水系统设备组,设备启动、停止的控制,可以实时显示中央空调新风系统的状态,进入空气,回风,在组态王的温度和湿度。61939

The design of control system of central air conditioning temperature based on Kingview

ABSTRACT:The central air conditioning temperature control system using configuration software to realize the function of monitoring, using Siemens S7-200 PLC control system design. Kingview as the host computer interface, real-time display of air conditioning temperature monitored control system operation; and through the operation of PLC to realize to be monitored air temperature control system control and information display. PLC controller as the air conditioning system through PC command to understand and implement, the central air conditioning temperature control system running status change after the feedback to the Kingview. The main task and objective of the monitoring system of central air conditioning central air conditioning monitoring system of fresh air, wind, air temperature and humidity; and has set the indoor temperature and humidity are compared, set suitable and appropriate control algorithm, and then adjust the cold and hot water valve, a blower door open switch to change the flow rate of cold and hot water, fresh air ratio, and so on. In the end, the indoor temperature,humidity and preset value so as to achieve the purpose of fully consistent with the air quality regulation. Monitoring system of the central air conditioning, part of the design, including the water system equipment group, equipment startup, stop control, can show the real-time central air conditioning system of fresh air, air inlet, air, temperature and humidity in Kingview.
