Solid Works插板阀系列化三维造型设计

摘要超高真空插板阀主要用于真空系统中的管道切断，管道接通和管路连接气体流量调节，在现代工业生产中，使用很广。本次毕业设计的课题是插板阀系列化三维造型设计，所要设计的插板阀源自美国 HVA公司，一共七个系列，本文首先介绍了插板阀的发展历史，确定了插板阀的参数化设计方案，其次，分析并解决了插板阀的外形结构参数。本课题采用Solid Works软件进行三维造型，并通过其强大的配置功能实现参数化设计，装配并生成工程图。 59948

In the paper, the development and history of the gate valve were introduced first, then the parameters of the gate valves were determined, its structural parameter were analyzed and solved in the end. By using Solid Works software platform, the three-dimensional modeling of the HVA vacuum gate valves were completed .The assembly and the generation of engineering drawings was also finished.
