PLC船舶减摇装置控制系统设计+源程序

摘要减摇鳍是目前最主要船舶减摇装置之一,因其优良的减摇效果,目前被广泛使用于各类大小型船舶。减摇鳍在提高船舶适航能力,保证船上设备正常运行,提高乘员的舒适度等方面发挥重要作用。59217

首先研究随机海浪理论,以ITTC单参数能量谱为模型建立长峰波随机海浪模型,利用等间隔法建立了船舶横摇所需的波倾角模型,并根据船宽、吃水进行修正。利用MATLAB软件仿真得到横摇波倾角的仿真曲线。通过对船舶横摇运动受力分析,结合某船具体参数,计算出船舶在设计航速下的Conolly线性横摇方程。利用MATLAB在不同海况下对船舶横摇运动进行仿真,得到船舶开环横摇曲线。

研究减摇鳍减摇的原理,根据系统要求设计了减摇鳍PID控制系统,分析了各环节的数学模型,并利用MATLAB对增加了减摇鳍PID控制系统的闭环船舶横摇系统进行仿真,验证了此PID控制系统具有减小船舶横摇的作用。

提出用可编程控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,简称PLC)代替模拟电路,对控制系统中随动系统进行改造。选择合适的可编程控制器后编写了随动系统的PLC程序。利用触摸屏技术设计了控制系统监控程序,实现了对减摇鳍工作状态的监视控制。

Abstract    The fin stabilizer is one of the most primal device of roll stabilization at present,on account of its excellent effect of stabilization,which is used widely for variety of ships whatever the size.The fin stabilizer plays a significant role in enhancing the seaworthiness ability of ships,guaranteeing the normal operation of the facilities in ship ,improving the comfortability of the stuff and so on.

    At first,this article studies the random ocean wave theory,and establishes the theory of long wave random waves based on the preparation of single parameter ITTC,then, builds wave model which ship rolling needs in virtue of method of equal interval and amends on the basis of wide and navigation of the ship. The article works out simulation curve of roll wave angle,making use of the MATLAB software simulation.By means of force analysis of ship rolling motion,combined with the definite parameter of a certain ship,the essay calculates the Conolly linear roll equation under the design speed of the ship.Taking advantage of stimulation of MATLAB under different state of sea,this essay gets the open loop curve of ship.

    This text researches the operational principle of fin stabilizer,and designs the PID control system of the fin stabilizer according to the system requirement.Meanwhile,it analyzes the mathematical model of each link and increases the closed loop ship rolling system of PID control system of the fin stabilizer to stimulate.Therefor,it verifies that the system has the function of reducing the roll of the ship.

     The text proposes that use the PLC to take place of the analogous circuit and remould the stochastic system in the midst of control system.After choosing the appropriate PLC,it compiles the PLC system of servo system.Finally,the article projects monitoring program of control system using the touch screen technology and realize the supervisory control to the working condition of the fin stabilizer.
