摘要:工业锅炉设备把过热蒸汽温度作为重要参数。过热器容易因为过高的过热蒸汽温度而损坏,生产运行的安全会因热膨胀过度受到严重影响;设备的效率会随着过热蒸汽温度降低而降低,同时叶片的磨损是由汽轮机末级的蒸汽湿度增加造成。所以我们控制过热器出口蒸汽温度是需要的。控制锅炉过热蒸汽温度,是为了使过热器出口蒸汽温度在一定范围内,并且使过热器管壁温度不过最大的要求温度。58077

使用组态王监控软件的界面,遗传及控制系统为基础,来设计锅炉过热蒸汽控制系统。系统现场收集数据,在Kingview中实现动画显示、流程控制、实时曲线功能。在组态王监控界面的设计中,需要相关仪器校准和设置控制器参数。最后动态操作结果由锅炉过热蒸汽控制系统提供。

The boiler superheated steam control system based on kingview design

Abstract:The superheated steam temperature is important parameter of all kinds of industrial boiler equipment. If the superheated steam temperature is too high, the superheater is easy to damage, also can make steam turbine thermal expansion of the internal cause excessive seriously affect the safety of the production run; Superheated steam temperature is low, the efficiency of the equipment will be reduced, at the same time made by the steam turbine last stage of the steam humidity increases, causing wear and tear of the blade. So we must control the superheater outlet steam temperature. Boiler superheated steam temperature control tasks, in order to maintain superheater outlet steam temperature in the allowed range, and the protection of superheater tube wall temperature shall not exceed the allowed working temperature.

This topic using intelligent instrument control system, combined with kingview monitoring software design of the man-machine dialogue interface, realize the boiler superheated steam control system design. Through system on the spot data collection process, the configuration Wang Zhong achieve animation display, alarm processing, process control, real time curve and report output functions. Using intelligent instrument control system at the same time, in the design of kingview monitoring interface, related instrument calibration and controller parameter setting. Finally provide boiler superheated steam control system of dynamic operation result.
