摘要拖线阵绞车是用来收放拖曳阵列声呐装置的重要设备。拖曳阵列声呐利用检测水下噪声来对海面上及海面下运动物体进行探测,定位,追踪。拖线阵声呐相比壳体声呐和传统拖曳变深声呐,在探测性能上有着显著的优势,体现在以下几方面:声阵配置不受舰体布置条件限制,声阵孔径大、工作频率低、探测距离远;声阵离体布置工作环境好、声阵可变深水文环境适应性强;弥补壳体声呐盲区,与壳体声呐配合能实现全景探测。51269

为了适应控制自动化的需要,本文提出一种电液控制的拖线阵拖曳绞车。通过学习比例多路阀及可编程序控制器(PLC)等方面知识,在参考现有相关产品的情况下,结合课题实际情况合理的设计和选择,该设计不但提高了拖曳绞车的可靠性、可维护性以及灵活性,而且延长了绞车的使用寿命,缩短了绞车的开发周期。于此同时本次设计的绞车系统提高了拖曳控制水平,改善了拖曳运行的操作性能,使的操作更加人性便捷。

本课题针对电液控制绞车的结构特点,深入分析了电液比例控制系统的构成,建立了阀控马达液压绞车的液压系统,编写了基于PLC的控制算法。本文重点分析了拖曳绞车电液控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计,研究并提出了基于PLC绞车电液比例控制设计的实现方案,最后对本论文的研究内容进行了总结。

Abstract

Towed line array is used retractable winch towed array sonar device important equipment. Towed array sonar detection of the underwater noises on the sea and under the sea moving object detection, positioning, tracking. Compared towed line array sonar and traditional towed sonar housing darken sonar, the detection performance has a significant advantage, reflected in the following aspects: acoustic array configuration is not hull layout constraints, acoustic array aperture large, low frequency detection distance; acoustic array vitro layout work environment is good, sound deepwater text array variable environmental adaptability; make sonar blind housing, and the housing can be achieved with panoramic sonar detection.

In order to meet the need of modern machinery for automation, this paper proposes a towed line array towing winch, electric hydraulic control proportional culti-way valve and programmable controller (PLC) is applied to the towing winch control system. Through the reasonable design and selection, the design not only improves the reliability and maintainability of the towing winch and flexibility, and prolong the service life of the winch, shorten the development cycle of the winch. At the same time the design improves the towing winch system control level, improve the operating performance of towing operation, make the operation more convenient and Human nature.

This topic according to the structure characteristics of the electrohydraulic control winch, in-depth analysis of the composition of electro-hydraulic proportional control system, established the pump motor control of the hydraulic winch hydraulic system, write the control algorithm based on PLC. This paper mainly analyzes the towing winch electric hydraulic control system hardware design and software design, research and winch electro-hydraulic proportional control design based on PLC is put forward the implementation of the plan, finally the research content of this paper is summarized.
