船闸启闭机液压系统仿真及故障分析+源程序

摘要在液压系统设计阶段以及现场调试之前可以对液压系统进行动态仿真,以观察各种工况条件下的动态特性,检验其是否满足工作要求,为设计和调试提供理论依据。船闸是集机械、电气、液压于一体的大型机电一体化设备,故障点多、诊断困难,如果发生故障将会造成严重后果,因此对船闸进行故障诊断研究对确保水利系统及人民生命财产安全具有重大意义。本次设计主要是完成启闭机的动态模拟。它包含四个机房,并且每个机房都有关阀门(自落)、关阀门(强压)、开阀门(水位差大于4米)、开阀门(水位差小于4米)、开闸门、关闸门六种状态。在静态画面的设计中,包含了相关变量的创建以及按钮、管道、电磁阀等元件的设计。系统的动画连接是利用静态画面中创建的变量来连接控制的。在系统进行运行时难免会遇到各种故障,需要对每种状态下遇到的故障进行分析排查。本次设计中对系统运行失效的原因进行了分析总结,以故障树的形式给与列出,每种故障可以通过各种元器件的读数来确定其位置所在。通过对故障的分析在系统失效时进行及时的处理可以减少不必要的损失。49436

Abstract

Dynamic simulation of hydraulic pressure system design phase and site commissioning of the hydraulic pressure system is in order to observe the dynamic characteristics undervarious operating conditions ,testing whether they meet the job requirements, providing a theoretical basis for the design and debug. The ship lock is a large set of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic electromechanical integration equipment, and more failure, difficult to diagnose ,failure will cause serious consequences, so the fault diagnosis and research of the ship lock,to ensure the water system and people's lives and property is of great significant.The design is  to complete dynamic simulation of the hoist. It contains four engine room and each room has close the valve (self-loading), and close the valve (extreme pressure), open the valve (water level difference is greater than 4 m), open the valve (water level is less than 4 m),open the gate, shut the gate six states. The designs of static screen include the creation of the relevant variables, as well as buttons, piping, solenoid valves and other components. Animation connection of the system is connected and controled by the variables created in the static images.Runtime system will inevitably encounter all kinds of failures, the need to analysis and investigate each state encountered failure. Reasons for the failure of the runtime system in the design analyzed and summarized, listed in the form of a fault tree to show,and each fault can be determined the location by the reading of a variety of components. Timely treatment through the analysis of the fault in the failure of the system can reduce unnecessary losses.
