摘要:超浓相输送这个技术是在最近几年新发展起来的一种粉料、颗粒料超远距离输送的智能化技术,但凡是具有流态化这种特性的粉料、颗粒料都是可以采用,这样的技术具有设备简易、耗能很少、输送高效率以及操作不复杂、容易检修、安全性能好、智能化的诸多特点。可应用被冶金、粮食加工、化工等行业广泛的应用。超浓相输送是为了区分开稀相输送和浓相输送来定义的,但是应用风机低气压供风和风动溜槽来输送.所以仅仅适用做粉状物料的长距离水平输送。超浓相输送相比其它的输送方式,其主要特点是物料在风动溜槽以流态化向前运动,固气比大(≥100),运动速度小,物料不容易破碎,系统密闭性好。48662
