摘要:本文主要研究的是锅炉燃烧系统的控制问题。锅炉是热电厂最基本也是最重要的设备,使用锅炉就是为了利用其输出的蒸汽,这也是它主要的输出变量之一。本文设计的主蒸汽压力控制系统,其任务是维持出口处蒸汽温度在所允许的范围内,从而使得机组达到安全、经济运行。为了达到此目标,必须对整个生产过程进行控制以及监视。因此,需要先了解此生产过程的工艺流程和动静态特征,用理论分析和综合整个系统,以生产过程中的物料变化量作为被控量,采用合适的方式进行自动控制,以实现生产过程的控制目标。

在控制算法上,本论文综合运用了比值控制、串级控制等控制方式,实现了引风量控制炉膛负压、燃料量控制调节蒸汽压力、送风量控制调节烟气含氧量,并且有效地克服了彼此的扰动,使整个系统稳定运行。本文设计的控制系统系统运行稳定可靠。采用的计算机控制和控制系统不仅可以大大节约能源,促进环保,而且还可以提高生产自动化水平,具有可观的社会效益和经济效益。

The boiler combustion control system based on kingview design

ABSTRACT:

This paper mainly studies the issues of boiler combustion system control. Is the most basic and most important thermal power plant boiler equipment, use is to take advantage of the output of the steam boiler, which is one of its main output variables. In this paper, design of main steam pressure control system, its task is to maintain the outlet steam temperature of the allowed range, so as to make the safe and economic operation unit. In order to achieve this goal, we must to control and monitor the whole production process. , therefore, need to understand the process of technological process and the dynamic and static characteristics, using theoretical analysis and comprehensive, the whole system to the logistics in the process of production as charged amount change, using the right way to automatic control, production process to achieve the control objectives.

On control algorithm, this paper comprehensive use of ratio control, cascade control and single loop control, control method, realized the ventilation hearth negative pressure control, fuel control to adjust the steam pressure, air volume control of flue gas oxygen content, and effectively overcomes the disturbance of each other, the stable operation of the whole system. In this paper, design of control system is stable and reliable system operation. Adopt computer control and control system not only can greatly save energy and promote environmental protection, but also can improve the level of production automation, has considerable social benefits and economic benefits.
