摘要随着人类对化石能源需求的日趋增长以及大气污染的急剧加重,人们除了增加使用较为清洁的天然气,也在开发利用其他可以逐渐替代的能源。太阳能是我们最廉价的能源之一,资源异常丰富,人们对太阳能源的利用能力在逐渐增强,太阳能太阳能并网发电的收益已经远高于投入成本,太阳能发电的方式缓解能源紧张已经成为人类运用太阳能最直接、最理想也是最有效的方法之一。
本文研究太阳能并网逆变器电路拓扑结构、输出控制方式等相关问题。介绍了几种常见电路拓扑结构,最大功率点采用的跟踪方式及其原理;其次,分析了并网逆变电路具体的原理和结构,对采用两级式的逆变电路构成的主电路具体参数进行了计算,为了确保控制的精度及可靠性,本文采用电流滞环瞬时比较跟踪方式能够实时地检测电网电压的变化。TMS320LF2812数字信号处理器性能优良,以其为中心设计并网逆变器的主控制电路系统,包括电源电路、时钟电路、驱动电路、采样电路等。39878

Abstract   With human’s increasing demand of fossil energy, air pollution increases sharply. People not only increase the use of cleaner natural gas, but also develop and use other energy which can gradually replace the fossil energy. Solar energy is one of the cheapest energy and has abundant resources. People's ability to use the solar energy is gradually enhanced. The profit of solar photo voltaic power generation has been much higher than its input costs. Solar power’s way of electricity generation has been one of the most direct, ideal and effective method to relieve the energy crisis. This paper studies the topology structure and output control of photovoltaic grid connected inverter.Firstly,it introduces several common circuit topology, the Power Point Tracking ( MPPT ) and its principle. Secondly, this paper analyzes the concrete principle and structure of grid connected inverter circuit and calculates specific parameters of main circuit which is formed by a two-stage inverter circuit. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the parameters, the current hysteresis instantaneous comparison tracking mode is adopted in this paper which can detect the change of the grid voltage on real-time. The performance of TMS320LF2812 digital signal processor is excellent. The main control circuit system of the grid connected inverter is designed with it. The circuit system includes power circuit, clock circuit, driving circuit, sampling circuit, etc.
