摘要随着生活节奏的加快、社会压力的增大,越来越多的人存在睡眠方面的问题,但是这些问题经常会被忽视从而导致严重的睡眠疾病,影响着人的身体健康。
睡眠呼吸暂停是最常见的一种呼吸方面的疾病,国内外专家针对呼吸暂定这种问题做了广泛的实验和研究。最常见的就是医院的医疗过程中使用到的呼吸记录仪,它可以对病患进行24小时的时时监控。但是有些时候,病症不太明显的患者不会感觉到自己睡眠存在问题,更不会去医院的病床上记录自己的睡眠情况,这样就给预防呼吸暂停疾病方面的问题提出了严重的考验。所以社会上就存在了对便携式睡眠呼吸记录仪的需求,便携式睡眠呼吸记录仪的出现使患者可以在家里或者其他自己需要的任何地方对自己的睡眠情况进行监测和记录。但是由于市场不完善的原因,睡眠呼吸记录仪的价格不等,大多数比较贵,这样就阻碍了一些患者对其的需求,我们需要一种价格实惠、方便使用的记录仪。
通过实际情况和综合考虑此次呼吸记录仪的设计主要用来记录病患的呼吸状态,并且要求能够显示呼吸不正常时候的时间。重要的是当呼吸异常时会产生报警提示作用。记录得到的数据通过单片机和PC通信发送到上位机上面显示,由于人机交互的存在患者可以时时观测到自己的睡眠情况,这样对病情的研究具有重要意义。记录仪的整体结构设计由软件和硬件组成,通过模块化的设计将各个部分组合起来进行调试运作实现起来方便快捷。[4]本文针对记录仪在工作时会受到的一些软硬件干扰问题也进行了一些处理。该记录仪可在一天中时时记录病患的睡眠情况,并具有便携式、低价格、易设计等优点。39598

Abstract With the accelerated pace of life, social pressure, the more people tend to sleep problems, but these problems are often overlooked leading to serious sleep disorders, affecting people's health.   
Sleep apnea is the most common respiratory diseases, domestic and foreign experts on this issue provisional breathing has done extensive experiments and research. The most common is a medical procedure used in hospitals to breathe recorder, it can be patient for 24 hours constantly monitored. But sometimes, less obvious symptoms patients will not feel sleep problems, record your sleep will not go on a hospital bed, thus giving the issue diseases prevention apnea raises serious test. So there is a demand in society for portable sleep recorder, portable sleep recorder appears that the patient can sleep on their own monitoring and recording at home or anywhere else they need in. However, due to market imperfections reason, sleep apnea recorder price range, most expensive, so some patients will hinder their needs, we need an affordable, easy to use recorder.
This paper studies the design of portable sleep recorder used to monitor and display the patient's respiratory status and often time breathing, and abnormal breathing with alarm reminders. Data records are sent to the microcontroller and PC communication via PC shown above, due to the presence of interactive patient can always observed in your sleep, so important to the study of the disease. Overall structural design logger software and hardware components, modular design to combine the various parts of the operation for debugging convenient to implement. In this paper, some hardware and software interference loggers at work will be also carried out some processing. The recorder can be recorded in a day and always sleep in patients, and has a portable, low price, easy to design and so on.
