新型轮轨关系试验台研究

摘要:轮轨磨耗是世界铁路发展过程中的一个重要问题。在我国,山区线路占很大比重,曲线线路较多,随着轴重的增加和列车速度的提高,轮轨磨耗越来越严重。据铁道部统计,每年我国因轮轨磨耗造成的损失就达数十亿元人民币。除此之外,轮轨磨耗是造成轨道不平顺的主要原因之一,影响列车的乘坐舒适性。轮轨过度磨耗,使得列车在运行过程中,轮轨间会产生较大的作用力,容易引起列车脱轨事故,严重影响列车的运行安全。因此,轮轨磨耗问题亟待研究和解决。35671
试验是研究轮轨磨耗不可缺少的一种技术手段。对轮轨的磨耗试验研究主要有试验台试验和线路试验。后者更接近实际情况,但成本昂贵,不易单独测试某个因素对轮轨磨耗的影响。试验台试验经济快捷,便于单独测试各因素对轮轨磨耗的影响,同时,试验可以达到各种极限工况。性能良好的试验台对于研究轮轨磨耗具有很大的实际意义。
传统的轮轨关系试验台,主要基于轮-轮接触关系,与实际的轮-轨接触关系相比仍有差距。本文参考国外最新的基于轮-轨接触关系的试验台的发展,借鉴一种新型往复运动机构——行星齿环滑块机构,提出一种新型轮轨关系试验台方案,并完成相应研究。

A new wheel-rail relationship test rig
Abstracts:Wheel-rail wear is always an important problem during the railway development of the whole world. In our country,the railway in mountainous area is in larger proportion. With the increasing of axle-load and train running speed, wheel-rail wear become more serious. According to statistics of railway ministry, the loss caused by wheel-rail wear is several billion Yuan every yean Besides the economic loss, the wear is one of the main causes of track irregularities, and this is bad for the ride comfort of vehicles. Larger force between wheel and rail will be caused by Excessive wear. This will easily causes derailment accident and affect the vehicle's running safety seriously. So the problem of wheel-rail wear is urgent to be researched and resolved.
Experiment is an indispensable technical mean for wheel-rail wear research. Experiment on wheel-rail mainly includes test-rig test and line test. The later will be closer to actual conditions, but the cost is much higher and it is not easy to inpidually test the effects of some factors influencing wheel-rail wear. Comparatively, test-rig test will be economic and quick. It is easy to test the effects of each factor influencing wheel-rail wear. At the same time, limit working condition can be reached on test-rig. Test-rig with good performance has greatpracticality significance on wheel-rail wear research.
Traditional test-rigs of wheel-rail relationship are mainly based on wheel-wheel contact relationship. But there is still gap between wheel-wheel contact relationship and wheel-rail contact relationship. In this dissertation, a new type of test-rig based on wheel-rail contact relationship is proposed and relative research on the test-rig is done. This test-rig based on a new type of reciprocating mechanism: planetary gear-ring slider mechanism, and some of foreign test-rigs based on wheel-rail contact relationship are taken as reference.
