摘要参照传统的晾晒架整体固定式的设计,旋转机构定子与转子的构造组合借鉴吊式电扇,舍弃其简单的线圈与磁体的组合而改用电动机驱动,电力由太阳能电池板供给。通过将被晾晒的衣物匀速旋转,让各衣物单位时间内接收到的阳光照射量基本相等,进而使得衣物干燥均匀且缩短晾晒时长。其控制部分电路CPU采用STC89C52单片机。加装无线收发模块实现电机正反转和启停,借助湿度传感器自动显示湿度并对比向背阳面晾晒程度,实现人工干预下湿度大小不同晾晒面互换,自动进行雨天和晒干状态提醒;配备强化蒸发散热风扇和LED照明灯,大大缩短晾晒时间并提供晾晒过程无障碍;装置机械结构牢固,加工工艺简易,运行性能稳定,造价低廉。在化石能源日渐枯竭、倡导节能减排理念的现代社会,其拥有广泛应用前景和价值。25524

Title:   The design of solar intelligent air washing device
Abstract:
Refer to the traditional design of overall fixed Clothes hanger. The combination structure of stator and rotor of the rotating mechanism refers to Electric hanging fan.The device is driven by DC motor instead of an easy combination of its simple coil and the magnet.The electric power supplies by solar panels.The arid device with laundry will rotate at a fixed speed,The illumination received by all the clothes was basically equal in per minute.With this method, The clothes will cost less time on drying in the end.STC89C52 SCM is worked as CPU of the control circuit.Install the wireless transceiver module and it can drive the motor to start and stop.With the help of humidity sensor ,It can show humidity every moment, and compare drying degree of laundry facing to the sun and being back to the sun.It can be realized that laundry with different humidity exchanges their position under artificial intervention and Automatic alert of wet and dry state. Equipped with enhanced evaporation cooling fans and LED lamps, It can greatly shorten the drying time and decrease drying process barriers. The mechanical is of firm structure, simple processing technology, stable performance,less cost. Facing the shortage of fossil energy, the modern society which advocates the idea of energy saving and emission reduction, It witnesses broad application prospects and value.
