摘要本文主要研究分析钢锭头部形状尺寸和孔型轧制咬入方式的不同组合对成材率的影响,采用DEFRORM6.1有限元模拟软件分析其性能。圆钢锭头部形状及尺寸影响轧制过程中的咬入情况,其特殊形状直接关系轧件成坯后的剪切量。根据现场所提供的工艺,本文制定合理的模拟实验方案,分析模拟中轧件轧制过程中的金属流动情况,尤其主要研究圆锭首尾的变形情况。在模拟中采用点跟踪方式得出轴向流动矢量基本一致的结果,来说明剪切效果,且说明提高成材率的重要途径。因此本文研究不同锥度的凸台对于成坯率的影响,且数字模拟以现实环境为大前提,进行圆钢锭的模拟分析。根据实验结果统计,圆锭凸台锥度为30°时,轧制过程中金属流动情况最好,减小了剪切量,提高了成材率。22645

Abstract
This paper mainly studied and analyzed the different combinations of shapes and sizes of ingot head and biting way of pass which had impact on the rate of finished product, via DEFORM6.1 finite element simulation software analyzing its performance. Different ingot head shapes and sizes affected the biting process and the cut volume after finished rolling. According to the processes provided by the site, reasonable simulation program had been drafted to analyze metal flow during the simulated rolling process. To illustrate the cut effect and the important method of improving the finished product rate, point tracking method was used in the simulation to get consistent result of axial flow vector. Therefore, this paper studied that the different bosses taper affects the rate of finished product. As well, the ingot simulation and analysis based on the reality circumstance. As the result of statistics, when the ingot boss taper was 30°, the metal flow is best in the rolling process, which reduce the cut volume and improve the rate of finished product.
