摘要:当今社会,伴随着经济和科技的进步,人类对化石能源的开采和利用也不断增加,这不仅使得资源越来越匮乏还严重破坏了环境,人们慢慢认识到开发利用绿色新能源的重要性。太阳能,作为世界上最充足的绿色能源,在很早之前就被人们所重视。然而,由于过去技术水平的有限,家用的太阳能电池总是拥有者各种缺点,使人们对太阳能敬而远之。与此同时,温差发电技术从它发明至今,都因为没有一种廉价高效的能源而未受到广泛的关注。
本课题将两者相结合,完成了一套由太阳能供热,由半导体温差发电片发电的便携式数码充电器。只要有阳光,存在温差,就可以对数码产品进行充电。本设计以塞贝克效应为基础理论,有三个模块构成,分别是:直流电产生模块、升压稳压电路模块和USB充电接口。在本次设计过程中,遇到了很多难点,例如:热电材料的选取、如何稳定充电器电流等。但通过导师的指导和相关资料的查阅,解决了这些困难。20459

Sola Temperature Difference Power Generation Charger
Abstract:In contemporary society,with the development of scientific and technological progress, the exploitation and utilization of fossil fuels are also increasing, this not only made increasingly scarce resources, but also seriously damaged the environment, people gradually realize the importance of the development and utilization of new green energy. Solar energy, as the most plentiful green energy in the world, it had been paid attention by people for a very long time, However, because of the limited technical level in the past, the domestic solar battery 
always has all kinds shortcomings and keeps people away. At the same time, thermoelectric generation technology did not get widespread attention from its invention until now, because there is no kind of cheap and efficient energy.
This topic combines the two kinds of energy, has completed a set of portable digital charger which is heated from solar energy and powered by semiconductor thermoelectric power plate. As long as there is sunshine and difference in temperature, the digital products can be charged.  This design is based on the Seebeck effect theory, Consisting of three modules: DC power generation module, the boost regulator circuit module and battery USB ports. In the process of this design, I have encountered many difficulties, for example, Selection of thermoelectric materials, how to stabilize the current of charger, etc. But through the guidance of my tutor and related information, these difficulties have been resolved in the end.
