PLC汽车喷涂运行传动控制系统设计

摘要随着汽车市场竞争的日趋激烈以及环保呼声的日渐增高,汽车涂装在保证高装饰性、高防腐蚀性能的同时,对于环境保护的效果、涂装材料和涂装生产成本以及设备投资也越来越为重视。汽车油漆车间中央控制系统,担负着监控车间所有涂装工艺设备系统和输送设备系统的任务。它监控涂装过程中的重要生产工艺参数和生产设备的运行,以满足工艺质量和保证正常生产节拍的要求。为适应这一要求,充实和加强自动化专业的实训环节,设计了一个基于PLC的汽车涂装车间控制系统,为提高学生的综合应用能力提供了良好的实验实训平台。
汽车涂装系统是基于PLC的过程控制系统,本文通过阐述涂装系统的发展状况、工艺流程、及系统仿真,了解涂装系统全过程。通过对汽车涂装系统过程的工艺及关键问题的分析,在参考文献的基础上,主要针对喷淋控制进行了研究探讨,从硬件、软件两个方面对汽车涂装工艺过程中的自动控制系统进行设计。文章中介绍了PLC的概况、应用、结构、特点及发展趋势,重点介绍了基于PLC的汽车涂装系统的硬件选型。这一研究必定为PLC在汽车涂装过程控制中的应用奠定一定基础,可编 程逻辑控制器(PLC),系统选用SIEMENS S7-200,PLC组态软件的设计采用SIEMENS PLC自带的编程工具STEP7开发,完成对涂装车间的过程控制。
从高等教育培养应用型人才的教育目标出发,要求培养具有一定理论知识,同时具有一定实践能力的应用型人才。因此需要培养学生将所学理论应用于实际的能力。逶过实验室条件下提供一定的实验,让学生在模拟仿真实验系统或类似真实的模型安验系统上进行必要的实践,促进其理论联系实际能力的成长,加深对所学理论的认识和理解,缩短理论和实践之间距离,为今后的实际科研、设计和开发工作打下一个良好的基础,以适应当今社会对应用型人才的需要。20361

Abstract
As the market competition becomes increasingly fierce and environmental protection, the growing calls to increased car coating in the guarantee high ornamental, high corrosion resistance performance at the same time, for the protection of the environment effect, coating materials and painting production cost and the equipment investment is also more and more attention to. Car paint shop central control system, with responsibility for monitoring workshop equipment system and all coating process conveying equipment system task. It is one of the most important coating process monitoring production process parameters and production equipment operation, to meet the process quality and ensure normal production requirements of the beat. In order to adapt to this request, enrich and strengthen the practice link automation specialty, design based on PLC control system, car coating workshop for improving students' comprehensive application ability to provide a good experimental training platform.      Car coating system is based on the process of PLC control system, this paper expounds the developing situation of the coating system, process flow, and the system simulation system, understand the whole process of coating. Through the car coating system for the process technique and key problems in the analysis, on the basis of the references, mainly for spray control for the study, from two aspects of hardware and software of automobile coating process in the process of automatic control system design. The article introduced the general situation of the PLC, application, structure, characters  and development trend, the paper focuses on the car coating system based on PLC of hardware selection. This study will surely for PLC in the control car coating process the application must lay foundation, the programmable logic  controller (PLC), system chooses SIEMENS s7-200 PLC, configuration software design by SIEMENS PLC own programming tools STEP7 development, the completion of the coating workshop process control.     From higher education training applied talents education aim of training requirements, has certain theory knowledge, at the same time has certain practical ability of the applied talents. Therefore need to train students to study the theory is applied in the actual ability. Wei over the laboratory conditions provide certain experiment, let the students in simulation experiment system or similar to the real model Ann check system is necessary  to practice, and promoting the theory with the practice of the growth of the ability to studies the theory, deepen the understanding and the understanding, shorten the distance between theory and practice, for future actual scientific research, design and development work lay a good foundation, to meet the social needs to applied talents.
