Voice, vocabulary and grammar are three elements of language.Words are the smallest unit of language, just like the brick is the smallest unit of a building. Vocabulary is the carrier of pronunciation and grammar, which is an important material of language building. Without enough vocabulary, we cannot listen, speak, read, write and translate effectively even more we will not be able to communicate effectively in English. River thinks that mastering enough vocabulary is the key to the successful use of a foreign language, and we cannot use the structure and function of the mind without vocabulary (Tan Xiaoli, 2005, 111-112). In this sense, the mastery of vocabulary can represent the level of a foreign language. Some students cannot remember the words, so they lose interest in learning English. Therefore, to master the scientific method of learning vocabulary is the key to increasing the students’ interest in learning English.
In students’ eyes, every word is the combination of random letters, and to remember the words becomes their most headache thing. But with the increasing amount of words, it is obviously not suitable to remember words by repeated memorization. Students’ vocabulary does not increase with the raise of the learning content, and then they will feel more and more difficult in learning English, which will greatly weaken their self-confidence, and even worse, they don’t want to learn English. The students do very well while reading in the beginning. But after a period of time, they forget how to pronounce, so some students have to use Chinese characters and pinyin in order to remember the pronunciation of a word. The textbook is marked densely, and students read words according to their marked symbols, so there are a lot of strange sounds. These measures seriously affect their correct pronunciation.Once the students become accustomed to non-standard pronunciation, it will be difficult for them to rectify, which not only influences students’ English scores but also can even affect their life.
Therefore, in this paper, regarding how to improve the efficiency of vocabulary memorizing as a research motivation, vocabulary and phonetic symbol as the research objectives, to investigate how to handle the relationship between vocabulary and phonetic symbol and how to truly improve students’ efficiency of vocabulary memorizing in actual teaching, we propose feasible suggestions for scientific and effective vocabulary memorizing. Analyzing and discussing the influence of phonetic symbols on vocabulary memorizing of junior high school students.

II. Overreview on Phonetic Symbols Learning and Vocabulary Memorizing in Junior High School
The problem about vocabulary is always a difficulty for Junior High School students in English learning, which is also studied by English educators for a long time. In the next illustration, the author collects the relevant data in recent years about the present situation of phonetic symbols learning and students’ effective vocabulary memorizing methods, combining personal learning and practice experience, the author focus on the phonetic symbols teaching and vocabulary memorizing to study. The basic methods and skills of vocabulary memorizing as the starting point of this study, the author will analyze and discuss the relationship between these two questions, and then provide feasible suggestions for teachers in practical teaching and students’ vocabulary learning.
2.1 The Problems Existing in Junior High School Students Phonetic Symbols Teaching
2.1.1 The Present Situation of Phonetic Symbols Teaching in Junior High School
In current junior high school English vocabulary teaching, teaching professionals regard memorization as rote, mechanical and lack of validity method, on the other hand, students depend heavily on various vocabulary memorization skills to study English such as reciting word lists. But the main problem is that students don't know how to use new words to make simple conversations. Because they do not start with phonetics symbols and don’t know how to pronounce. So when you are learning a word, you should remember its accurate pronunciation at the same time.
