摘要:近年来,随着发光二极管(LED)以及有机发光二极管相关技术的不断进步,LED已经被越来越多地应用于多种显示器材领域和应用照明领域,包括从交通信号照明到室内以及户外显示、汽车照明以及机器视觉应用领域的成像照明。同时LED也凭借其相较传统光源所具有的亮度高、低功耗、寿命长、启动快无频闪、不容易产生视视觉疲劳等优点,而成为新一代矿灯的首选光源。39036
LED矿灯是一种煤矿井下作业矿工使用的新型防爆矿灯,采用先进的LED冷光源,利用锂离子电池供电。该矿灯可用于煤矿工人井下照明使用,还可用于抢险救灾等特殊场合,具有安全可靠,文护简便,节能等优点。
ZEMAX是能进行常规光学模拟和分析的软件,被广泛用于LED光学设计中。本课题应用光学仿真软件,对LED矿灯进行二次光学设计与优化。从实测的LED矿灯结构出发,作为准直系统的初始结构,通过非序列光线追击得到最优的反光杯准直结构,使得光斑均匀,从而提高矿灯的发光效率。另外,本文给出了LED矿灯模型的设计、建模、测试、优化过程以及对在建模和测试过程中遇到的问题和解决方法进行相关分析和讨论。

The collimating optics design of LED Minelamp
Abstract::In recent years, With the continuous advancement of light-emitting diode (LED) andorganic light emitting dioderelated technologies, LED has been increasingly used in the field of varieties of display and lighting applications, ranging from traffic signal lighting, automotive lighting, indoor/outdoor displays and imaging lighting in machine vision applications.At the same time, with the advantages compared with the conventional light source as high brightness, low power consumption, long life, fast start no flash, not easy to produce visual fatigue, etc., LED light source has become the first choice for a new generation of mine lamp.
LED minelamp is a new type of explosion-proof minelamp for the miners working underground, use of advanced LED cold light source, and charging by thelithium-ion battery. The lamp can be used by coal miners in underground-lighting, and it can also be used for rescue and relief or other special occasions,with advantages as safe, reliable, easy maintenance, energy saving. etc.
ZEMAX is capable of conventional optical simulation and analysis software, it is widely used in LED optical design. This application optical simulation software, LED lamp secondary optical design and optimization. LED lamp structure from the measured view, as the initial structure of the collimator system to obtain optimal reflective glass collimating structure through non-sequential ray chase, making spot uniformity, thereby improving the luminous efficiency of miner's lamp. In addition, this paper presents the design of LED lamp model, modeling, testing, optimization and modeling and testing for problems encountered and solutions related analysis and discussion.
