摘要:近年来,虽然我国建筑规模迅速扩大。但遗憾的是,占全社会能耗20%以上的北方,绝大部分还是采用火力发电和燃煤锅炉,这给环境带来了严重的污染。所以利用微胶囊技术包覆相变材料制得微胶囊相变材料,能很好地解决诸多问题:如当相变材料为液态时具有流动性,不易储存,易污染环境;传热效率慢等,引起人们地广泛关注,成为人们研究的热点。
本实验采用原位聚合法,选用壁材为脲醛树脂,芯材为价廉易得的十二醇相变材料,乳化剂为OP-10,分散乳化剂为SMA树脂,合成了微胶囊相变材料。通过改变芯材与壁材的质量比(2:1、3:1、4:1)的实验;改变尿素和三聚氰胺的摩尔比(4:0、3:1、2:2、1:3、0:4)的实验;改变NaCl的质量(分别取芯材的4%、5%、6%)进行实验。同时利用傅立叶变换红外/拉曼光谱仪、扫描电镜对样品性能进行分析和表征。37797

Influence of various factors on the micro-encapsulated phase change material
Abstract: In recent years,although the scale of China's rapidly expanding construction. Unfortunately,accounting for more than 20% of energy consumption in the north society,the vast majority still use thermal power and coal-fired boilers,which caused serious environmental pollution. So the use of microencapsulation technology covering the phase change material prepared microencapsulated phase change materials,can solve many problems: a fluidity as when the phase change material is liquid,easy to store,easy to pollute the environment;and slow heat transfer efficiency,causing people to attention,become a research focus.
In this study,in-situ polymerization,the choice of wall material is urea-formaldehyde resin,the core material is inexpensive and readily available dodecanol phase change material, emulsifier OP-10,dispersing emulsifier SMA resin,synthetic micro-encapsulated phase change material. By changing the quality of the core material and wall material ratio (2:1,3:1,4:1) test;Changing the molar ratio of urea and melamine (4:0,3: 1,2:2,1:3,0:4) experiments;Change the quality of NaCl (4% were taken of the core material,5%,6%) experiment. While using Fourier transform infrared / Raman spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy sample performance analysis and characterization.
