AT89C52单片机无线通信技术的采煤机遥控系统设计

摘要由于设施的老旧和技术落后等缘故,矿难事件不断出现,造成了严重的危害。此次课题的要求,是构造出一款遥控采煤机系统,能够远程操控采煤机,让作业人员远离井下危险区域。从而优化作业环境,降低作业风险,同时还能保证作业效率。70404

文中将采煤机系统进行无线化设计,并同时对所使用到的硬软件进行了说明。为了实现无线操控,本文使用了PT2262/2272通信芯片来完成本次遥控设计任务,辅助以AT89C52单片机作为控制核心,所设计的系统能实现遥控采煤机的全部开采动作。

另外,将遥控系统模块化设计,并对每个模块的功能、工作方式进行了分析介绍,也相应的画出其电路图,达到一个模块对应一个功能的设计要求。在设计遥控装置的时候,严格遵照工业上的设计标准,达到一个按键对应一个动作的要求。

Design of remote control system for coal mining machine based on wireless communication technology

Abstract Because of the old facilities and backward technology and other reasons, the accident appear, caused serious harm. The subject of the requirements, is to construct a remote control shearer system, remote control shearer, so that operators away from the underground dangerous area. To optimize the operating environment, reduce operational risk, while also ensuring the efficiency of operations.

In this paper, the coal mining machine system for wireless design, and at the same time on the use of the hardware and software are described. In order to realize wireless control. In this paper, we use the PT2262 / 2272 communication chip to complete the design of the remote control for the task, aided by AT89C52 as the control core, the designed system can realize remote control shearer mine all action.

In addition, the modular design of the remote control system, and the function of each module, the work of the analysis of the introduction, also corresponding to draw its circuit diagram, to achieve a module corresponding to a function of the design requirements. In the design of remote control device, strictly in accordance with the industrial design standards, to achieve a button corresponding to a movement of the requirements.
