摘要随着现今社会的高速发展,印刷品大量的发行,在印刷品制作的过程中,免不了会出现缺墨、倾斜等残缺问题。本毕业设计主要目的是,通过CMOS图像传感器扫描和计算机的图像处理来实时监控印刷品的生产制作,及时的降低因为缺墨、倾斜等残缺问题而引起的印刷损失。图像扫描和算法开发的设计研究包含以下三个部分,图像采集、信号数据传输、人机交互界面。

其中,图像采集模块主要通过CMOS图像传感器对图像进行采集、信号数据传输是指将采集得到的电子数据通过UDP协议传输到电脑的软件中、交互界面是用MFC编写的人机对话的软件,有图像处理分析、对话框操作等功能设计。69357

目前的设计开发,已经完成了图像的采集、信号传输信道的搭建和交互界面的编写,但三种结构的连接和调试还在开展状态。并在 Visual Studio2012 平台上完成了人机界面和算法处理,从对本地文档的检测中,来验证所开发的图像处理算法的准确度。

Title Image Scanning and Algorithm Development of Paper Printing Quantity Detection 

Abstract

With the rapid development of modern society, a lot of issue are printed. In the process of print production, incomplete problems will inevitably appear such as lack of ink, tilted. 

The main purpose of this graduation project is to monitor the production of printed matter in real time through the CMOS image sensor scanning and computer image processing.

In time, reduce the loss due to the lack of ink, tilt and other problems caused by the loss of printing. The design of image scan and algorithm development includes the following three parts, image acquisition, signal data transmission, human-computer interaction interface.

Among them, the image acquisition module mainly through the CMOS image sensor to collect the image; Signal data transmission refers to the electronic data collected through the UDP protocol to be transmitted to the computer software; Interactive interface is the use of MFC to compile the man-machine dialogue software, image processing analysis, dialog box operation functional designs.

Currently, design and development has completed the image acquisition, signal transmission channels and the preparation of the interactive interface, but the connection and debugging of the three structures are still in development. Finally, verify the accuracy of the design of the image processing software with Visual Studio 2012 platform to achieve a defect detection system.
