摘要:在电气时代的今天,电动机在工农业生产、人们日常生活中起着十分重要的作用。直流电机是最常见的一种电机,在各领域中得到广泛应用。研究直流电机的控制和测量方法,对提高控制精度和响应速度、节约能源等都具有重要意义。8386
本文所论述的是“受限单极式直流PWM可逆调速系统”,采用脉冲宽度调制的高频开关控制方式,形成脉宽调制变换器—直流电动机调速系统。由于双极式PWM变换器在工作过程中,4个电力晶体管都处于开关状态,开关损耗相比来说较大,而且容易发生上下两管直通的事故。降低了装置的可靠性,为了克服这一缺点,对于静动态性能要求低一些的系统可采用单极式PWM变换器,其主电路不变,不同的仅仅在于驱动脉冲信号。
MATLAB语言是一种面向科学与工程计算的高级语言,MATLAB语言是一种功能强大的计算机辅助设计和仿真语言,尤其它提供的SIMULINK仿真工具具有图形化、模块化的界面,易于实现控制系统的仿真,因而倍受人们的青睐。本设计提出受限单极式直流PWM可逆调速系统的建模与仿真,使用Power System工具箱进行调速系统仿真的新方法。8386

Restricted unipolar PWM DC SR System Design
Abstract:     
Today, in the era of electric motor in industrial and agricultural production and people's daily life plays a very important role. DC motors are the most common type of motor in various fields has been widely used. DC motor control research and measurement methods, to improve the control accuracy and response speed, energy conservation and so important.
    Discussed in this article is "restricted unipolar PWM Reversible DC speed control system", using pulse width modulation frequency switching control mode, the formation of pulse width modulation inverter - DC motor speed control system. Since bipolar PWM converter in the work process, the four switches are in the power transistor, and the switching loss is larger than, and prone to accidents and down two straight. Reducing the reliability of the device, in order to overcome this disadvantage, the lower static and dynamic performance of the system can be monopolar PWM converter, the main circuit constant and different only in that the driving pulse signal.
     MATLAB language is a kind of scientific and engineering computing for high-level language, MATLAB language is a powerful computer-aided design and simulation languages, particularly SIMULINK simulation tool that provides a graphical, modular interface, easy to implement control systems simulation, and thus become people of all ages. The proposed design is limited unipolar PWM DC SR System modeling and simulation, using the Power System Toolbox for speed system simulation the new method.
