毫米波检波器的研究设计+文献综述

摘要Ka波段是毫米波中重要的窗口频率,研究该波段的接收技术具有许多现实的意义。毫米波检波器是毫米波系统中常用的部件,国外目前在毫米波频段已有可供工程使用的产品,而国内仅在微波频段研究较成熟,在毫米波频段研究较少,该频段所用检波器主要依赖国外进口,因此本课题的研究具有重要的工程实用价值。
本文针对Ka频段微带检波器,对检波器的理论、分析方法、模型建立、无源过渡结构、匹配网络和滤波器等进行了研究与设计。
利用高频分析软件HFSS仿真分析了Ka波段波导微带鳍线过渡结构和波导微带槽线过渡结构。在整个Ka频段内, 插入损耗小于1dB。
本文提出了一种针对Ka波段的检波器,该检波器具有高电压灵敏度特性。我们基于安捷伦公司的HSCH-9161二极管设计了直接检波器,包含波导微带过渡,阻抗匹配网络和低通滤波器三部分。仿真表明在33GHz到37GHz频段检波器电压灵敏度高于700mV/mW,检波器电压灵敏度最高峰出现于33GHz频率,峰值可达1500mv/mw。
设计的检波器整个电路基于微带电路,制作容易价格低廉,满足大型被动毫米波成像仪列阵组装的低成本要求关键词  Ka波段  毫米波检波器  电压灵敏度  波导-微带过渡

Title    Research and Design of Millimeter Wave Detector
Abstract
Ka-band is an important window for millimeter-wave frequency-band reception of the technology has much practical significance. Millimeter wave detector is a common component in millimeter wave system. At present, there have been millimeter wave detector products for engineering practice in abroad. In domestic, however, we are just proficient in microwave detector design, and do little research in millimeter wave detector design. The detectors we use are always bought from abroad when the frequency of detected signal reaches to millimeter waveband, so there are important engineering values for this researching.
The dissertation mainly researches the Ka-band microstrip detector. Detector theory, simulation method, model building, passive circuits such as transition, match network and filter are discussed.
The Ka-band finline and trough line waveguide-to-microstrip transition were analyzed and simulated by HFSS software. The insertion loss of transition is below 1 dB in the Ka-band.
This paper proposes a Ka-band detector with high voltage sensitivity. We build an unamplified direct detector with the GaAs detector diode Agilent® HSCH-9161, along with waveguide-to-microstrip transition, microchip impedance matching network and low pass filter. Obtained voltage sensitivity is better than 700mV/mW from 33GHz to 37 GHz; and the peak value is more than 1500 mV/mW at 33 GHz.
The whole circuit is based on microstrip circuits and is hence easy and cheap to fabricate, which satisfies the low cost requirements of assembling of large passive millimeter wave imaging array.
