摘要随着科技不断发展,相位测量技术已经覆盖了科研、国防、生产、冶金等各行各业。为了让相位测量技术发挥更大的作用,就需要不断提高它的测量精度。数字式相位测量仪的出现,无疑是测量行业的壮举,它的广泛应用得益于它高精度的测量和高度的智能化。41853

文章首先对相位测量仪的技术背景、研究意义以及如今在国内外发展状况进行论述,其次分别从该设计的理论、硬件结构、软件设计等方面进行分析设计。

本设计通过将FPGA和MCU相结合的方法来实现相位测量仪的准确测量。在该设计中集FPGA的资源丰富、运算速度快、编程方便和MCU运算能力、控制能力强的特点于一身。整体设计分为四大模块:输入模块、数据采集模块、数据处理模块和显示模块,主要是使用单片机对FPGA的数据进行读取,并根据所读取的数据来计算待测信号的频率和相位差。同时也可以对FPGA的数据功能转换,并通过单片机的显示模块清晰地显示两路待测信号的频率和相位差。最后以Quartus II为操作平台,完成FPGA原理图模块的设计、编译、调试以及仿真。

Design of phase measuring instrument based on FPGA and MCU

Abstract

With the continuous development of science and technology, phase measurement technology has been covered with scientific research, national defense, production, metallurgy and other industries. In order for the phase measurement technology to play a greater role, it is needed to continue to improve its measurement accuracy. The emergence of digital phase measuring instrument is no doubt the industry's feat, its wide range of applications due to its high accuracy of the measurement and a high degree of intelligence. 

Firstly,the paper discusses the phase measuring instrument technical background, research significance and now in the domestic and foreign development.Secondly, from the aspects of the design theory, hardware structure and software design were analysis and design. This design by the combination of FPGA and MCU methods to achieve the accurate measurement of phase measuring instrument. In the characteristics of the CIMC FPGA design is rich in resources, fast operation, easy programming and MCU operation ability, strong ability to control. The whole design is pided into four modules: input module, data acquisition module, data processing module and display module, mainly using single-chip data to the FPGA to read, and according to the read data to calculate the measured signal frequency and phase difference. At the same time, the data function of FPGA can be converted, and the frequency and phase difference of two signals to be measured can be clearly displayed by the display module of single chip microcomputer. Finally with Quartus II as the operation platform, complete the design, compile, debug and simulation of the FPGA schematic module.
