HFSS2.45GHz RFID读写器天线设计

摘要射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification)技术是一种远距离非接触式无线通信技术,在物联网与互联网技术快速发展的今天,RFID技术得到了世界范围的热捧。对于RFID系统而言,天线是影响其性能优劣的重要因素,天线的性能直接影响RFID系统的通信能力。26754
本文所探讨的是2.45GHz的RFID读写器天线。文章在对天线的设计方法进行研究的基础上,根据已有的经验公式,使用HFSS分别仿真设计了两种天线,一种是使用同轴馈电的矩形微带天线,另一种是使用微带线馈电的矩形微带天线。对这两款天线分开研究了其性能参数,并提出下一步的构想。另外,本文还设计仿真了基于微带线馈电矩形微带天线的天线阵列。该天线最大增益值为11.92dB,而单个单元天线的最大增益只有2.26dB,并且带宽从120MHz提升到了450MHz,性能有了极大的提升,证明了天线阵列对于提升天线增益有着明显的效果。

Title   THE DESIGN AND RESEARCH OF 2.45GHz RFID READER ANTENNA  
Abstract
Radio Frequency Identification is a long-distance automatic identification technology and has been widely applied with the rapid development of the internet of things. As for the RFID system, the antenna is the important factor that affects its properties and  it has a very high research value.
In this paper, the main studies were the RFID reader antenna with the center frequency of 2.45GHz.On the basis of studies about design methods of the antenna,   the coaxial feed rectangular micro-strip antenna and the side fed rectangular micro-strip antenna were simulated and designed with HFSS, according to the existing empirical formula. Also the results were given respectively. What’s more, the antenna array which consists of two micro-strip line feed antenna in element arrangement was put forward in this paper. It had been simulated repeatedly with adjusting the size of antenna until the center frequency of the antenna in the simulation results did not deviate from 2.45GHz. The maximum gain value was 11.92dB and had a great improvement compared with single antenna of which the maximum gain value was 2.26dB. This found proved that the antenna array had a obvious effect on enhancing the gain of the antenna and had certain practical significance.
