摘 要：随着《中国足球改革总体方案》的出台，中国足球改革被推向了前所未有的高度，作为足球运动的基石，校园足球的发展迎来了最美好的春天。作为推动学校体育改革的先行目标和示范项目，教育部挂帅、回归本源的校园足球改革，则为立德树人和足球事业振兴开辟了一条新路。其中，小学校园足球是开启中国足球大门的一把关键性的钥匙，是提高我国足球技能水平的必然手段。那么，小学校园足球发展现状究竟如何？校园足球在发展中又存在着哪些问题？在此，本文通过对宿迁市泗阳县城区的实验小学等八所小学校园足球活动开展情况的调查与分析，发现了阻碍小学校园足球活动开展的相关问题；并提出了相应的改进策略。70635
