摘 要:本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、比较等研究方法，分析淮安市各地区小学开设游泳课程的可行性及其现状问题的研究，通过对淮安市淮阴区果林小学的部分学生的调查，了解学生对学校游泳课程的态度；开展游泳活动的情况。淮安市小学生游泳培训的社会发展情况。研究结果表明：影响淮安市学校游泳课程开展的主要因素有：担心学生安全，怕负责任，小学体育教师的缺乏，专业游泳体育老师的严重缺乏，一些学校受场地等原因的限制，就用其它体育项目代替了游泳项目，一些家长担心游泳课的安全，还担心会影响学习，最后，作者针对现状提出了自己的合理建议。56521

Abstract：Swimming has been widely spread all over the world and in-depth development, and its development in China is relatively slow. 1 前言
游泳不仅是一项促进身体健康体育运动，更是一项非常重要的生存技能。很多发达国家很重视游泳这项体育运动，把游泳生存技能作为提高学生生存教育纳入学校中小学体育的必修课程，进行系统化教学和训练。
据报道：“中国卫生部发表的一系列数据表明，我国每一年死于溺水的有57000人，就是说平均每天大概有150多人死于溺水；但世界卫生组织所估计的数字则可能高出一倍。”还有，据《北京晚报》2007年3月23日报道：“在发生的所有事故中，溺水事故占31.25%，交通事故占19.64%，成为发生率最高的两个事故，我国城市中44%的儿童伤害死亡是由溺水造成的，农村的比例为58%，溺水死亡已成为1到14岁孩子事故死亡的第一个原因。”上述数据表明，学校和社会开展游泳运动势在必行，是件多方面惠及学生和社会的有益之举[1]。
