摘 要：为了促进郑州市金水区健美操指导员队伍的壮大和建设，以及健身健美操运动的广泛开展。本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、数据统计等多种研究方法，对郑州市金水区健身俱乐部健美操指导员现状进行调查，了解健身俱乐部健美操指导员的基本情况、工作的情况及面临的主要问题。结果表明：郑州市金水区健身俱乐部健美操指导员整体较为年轻，男性偏多，学历偏低，具有资质等级所占比例不高；多数没有相关的健身指导证书;工资普遍偏低，多为兼职，造成指导员流动性较大；根据结论提出建议，为健身俱乐部健美操指导员队伍建设、 健身俱乐部的未来发展及体育行政管理机构提供参考。29899

引言
健美操一词来源于英文原名（Aerobics),意有氧运动。最早由美国人Kenneth cooper 于20世纪60年代开始推广，在20世纪80年代初传入中国。健美操以身体练习为主要内容，以人体为对象，以健美为目的，以创新为手段，融入体操、技巧、跳跃、音乐、舞蹈、美学为一体的艺术性很强的活动运动的项目。因此受到越来越多人的喜爱，已经成为健身运动的一个重要组成部分。健美操指导员是从事知识技能传授、健身健美指导等活动的健身指导员，是有氧运动的传播者和推广者，是我国大众健身健美的骨干力量的重要组成部分。健美操指导员的综合水平如何，直接关系到大众健身的质量效果。因此通过对郑州市金水区健美操指导员的现状调查，找其中出存在的问题，以便更好地服务于大众健身健美事业之中。
