基于ArcGIS的淮安市中小学布局研究

摘要:随着我国的人口总量不断变化,中小学布局调整成为教育部门面临的一项重要任务。中小学布局调整涉及教育资源合理利用,影响义务教育法的实施。因此本文主要研究淮安中小学的布局调整,以地理空间为研究出发点,运用所学的空间可达性和地理信息系统相关知识,研究淮安中小学在空间布局调整方面存在的问题,为决策者对学校布局调整提供理论依据。本文先在使用比例定向模型,来研究淮安市各学校拥有教育资源的差异性。再按就近入学原则,使用距离模型,来划分出学校的服务区域。最后利用道路等级和交通运行时间成本,制作出淮安市各个地方到达最近中小学的时间可达性图。最终结合学校周边人口分布、学习服务范围与时间可达性来分析淮安市中小学布局,为其布局调整提供依据。52087

Abstract:Along with our country's total population changes, primary and secondary school layout adjustment become an important task faced by the education department. Primary and secondary school layout adjustment involves the education resources reasonable use, affect the implementation of the compulsory education law. So this article main research huaian primary and secondary school layout adjustment, begins with research of the geographical space, use space accessibility and geographic information system related knowledge, study of huaian primary and secondary schools in spatial layout adjustment problems, provide theoretical basis for policy makers to school layout adjustment. In this paper, in the use of proportional directional model first, to research on the school education resources. Again, based on the principles of neighborhood school, using distance model, to differentiate the service area of the school. The use level of road and traffic running time costs, produced on the local time of arrival in primary and secondary schools recently accessibility figure. Finally combining school peripheral population distribution, service scope and time to study layout accessibility to analysis on primary and secondary schools, provide the basis for its layout adjustment.
