橙花醇对甘薯采后生理和品质的影响

摘要:我国是世界最大的甘薯生产国之一,甘薯不仅是重要的粮食作物,近年来,随着对其开发利用的深入,甘薯已发展成为用途广泛的经济作物,而黑斑病是甘薯栽培和贮藏中的主要病害之一,严重影响了甘薯的产量和品质。因此,提高果实的储藏保鲜作用效果是减少鲜食甘薯在储藏过程中损失的关键因素。本实验以甘薯为主要试材,采用不同浓度的橙花醇熏蒸处理人工接种的带有黑斑病菌的甘薯,研究橙花醇对黑斑病的抑制作用和分析处理过的甘薯在贮藏期间生理生化机制的变化趋势。结果表明,橙花醇可使染菌后的甘薯体内苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性增加,且活性的增加速度与抗性呈正相关,可以抑制过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性下降,且下降速度与抗性呈负相关,从而降低甘薯中过氧化氢氧化酚类物质和过氧化氢的含量,清除机体自由基。综上所述,橙花醇能够控制甘薯采后黑斑病的发生,有利于甘薯的采后保藏。69059

Nerol effects on postharvest physiology and quality of sweet potato

Abstract: China is one of the largest producer of sweet potatoes in the world. Sweet potatoes are not only traditional food crops, with the deepening of its comprehensive development, and has developed into a versatile crop. C. fimbriata is one of the major diseases of the sweet potato cultivation and storage, seriously affect the yield and quality of sweet potato. Therefore, the control of C. fimbriata of sweet potato has become an urgent problem in current sweet potato industry. The experimental sweet potatoes as the main material, nerol fumigation treatment with different concentrations of artificial inoculation with alternaria sweet potato, study of neroli to C. fimbriata disease of inhibition and processing of physiological and biochemical mechanism of sweet potato during storage trends. Results showed that, nerol can makes dye Postharvest quality of sweet potato body benzene c ammonia acid solutions ammonia enzyme (PAL), and peroxide enzyme (POD) and Super oxide disambiguation of enzyme (SOD), and more phenol oxidation enzyme (PPO) activity increased, and activity of increased speed and anti-sex is are related, can inhibit hydrogen peroxide enzyme (CAT), and Ascorbic acid peroxide enzyme (APX) activity declined, and declined speed and anti-sex is negative related, to reduced sweet potato in the hydrogen peroxide oxidation phenol class material and hydrogen peroxide of content, clear body free base. To sum up, nerol can control the occurrence of postharvest C. fimbriata of sweet potato and sweet potato post-harvest preservation.
